  I loved your place Pablo..It was close to the beach...walmart across the street...south beach 30 mins away...the boardwalk was fantastic...my stay there was amazing!! I will defiantly book with you again!! The view was great..esp from the 11th floor..everyone in the building was very nice.... your place was very spacious...had everything I needed...very quiet for some R&R.....Loved it...Thank you for your hospitality!!! I will be back!!

  Dear Pablo, We greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo! EVERYTHING was as advertised so we really appreciate that. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally nice. The valet employees were also equally, if not more friendly! Very helpful to us, each and everytime we left the building. Thanks again for the hospitality and great offering!

  Pablo, the condo was pretty much as advertised. Despite that we cought a fantastic stretch of weather with no humidity or little or no rain! A recommendation to future guests: cross the street and take full advantage of the Crowne Plaza pool and Lava Tiki Bar. The food is exceptional and the service the same. We highly recommend anyone to rent this unit! Thanks for the great spot!

  Dear Pablo, We really liked meeting you and putting a face to a VRBO owner. We have throroughly enjoyed your condo. It is absolutely lovely, nice details and everything we needed, including 1.5 baths. The views from the 11th floor onto the bustling and pretty boulevard, the marina with boats cruising by and the view of the ocean, varied,interesting.The mattress was very comfortable as were the 2 sofas. It's a piece of heaven right here at the condo for Canadians to enjoy in March!Just excellent!

  Pablo, Great location! Recommend using the trolley to get where you need to go. $1 per person each way, trolley stops across street at Crown Plaza. Great restaurants- Beachside Cafe for breakfast or lunch at Giorgio's on waterfront; Taco Shack for excellent tacos and burritos. Wonderful views, great weather. Take care.

  My family and I truly enjoyed our experience from 1/21/11 - 1/25/11 at this Hollywood beach location. Everything was clean and there was an abundance of dishes, linens, extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, chairs, etc. for our convenience. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a modern flair and the view is great of the intercoastal, A1A looking down towards the Diplomat, and of course, the ocean. There was a great exercise facility and a pool/game room. My whole family enjoyed these features. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for location, comfort, and cleanliness. Thank you, Pablo, for making us feel so welcomed.

  I was there for 5 days and enjoyed it a lot. A nice place, full of light, calm and near the sea. I did not have a car, I vould went shopping with only 15 minutes of walking. I appreciated all the facilities (gym and pool very clean). And Pablo (owner) is always available for any questions. Would love to go again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  This condo is absolutely wonderful; it is very well located, just few meters from a very nice beach. The apartment is very nice, modern, comfortable, well equipped, as it is shown in the web site pictures, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids with no problem. The owner took care of us all the time. It is near to very good shopping malls and restaurants. We highly recommend this place, personally, we will come back soon!!!

  I was very impress by the fact that the place looked exactly like on the website. All descriptions are truthful and correct. The owner was responsive and easy to reach ,via e-mail and phone, has well organized and painless financial transactions. The condo it self is very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Its elevation provides beautiful two ways view. For us as a family of five very important was to have a kitchen and it has every thing what we needed from A to Z. The beach was just a few hundred feet away and what also very important for family with the young kids that the ocean is the shallow, up to two hundred feet in it is 3-4 feet deep and warm. I definitely would recommend this property and location to friends and family. The only miner downside was that the building and its pool looked quite used but it didn't effect my overall rating.

  EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE !!!After I dragged my husband, kicking and screaming to Ft. Lauderdale approximately 10 years ago for his birthday, he fell in love with the Sunshine State. He thought, “Nothing’s better than Ft. Lauderdale.” Once again, I dragged him back to Florida, this time to Hallandale--and now, nothing’s better than Pablo’s Hallandale condo!! Everything was better than pictured on the website – the magnificent marina and ocean views from our 10th Floor condo rental were breathtaking … by night, we would sit on the balcony and watch the city lights. The unit is conveniently located – close enough to major arteries; and next to major hotels. Everything was as promised (or better). I was amazed by the towel swan in the bathroom !!Everything – the condo, the gym, the pool – was perfect. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, if we had any questions, Pablo was a phone call away. The transaction with Pablo was positive, from my first contact.I would love to keep this place a secret, but unfortunately I couldn’t as I rave to everyone who would listen to me about how wonderful this place is. May 29, 2008

  This condo is big and wonderful. The ocean view is even better than the pictures describe. We stayed only five days and wished it could have been longer. This condo was very child friendly for us. We have a 15 month old and were able to easily block off areas to keep her out of trouble. We would definitely want to stay here on future trips. Very impressive.
