You have arrived at Desert Falls Country Club, a gated community on Country Club Drive, Palm Desert, California next to Marriott's Desert Springs Resort. The complex contains 25 swimming pools, a magnificent clubhouse with lighted tennis courts, racquetball, a complete fitness centre with state-of-the art exercise equipment, and a games room.

Recently upgraded, beautifully furnished, large, second-floor unit with over 1300 square feet contains all the amenities. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings house the living and dining areas with a gas fireplace and wet bar. Sliding glass doors lead to one of two patios. King-size bed in the master bedroom with TV/VCR, wireless high speed internet access, access to the deck, and private two sink bathroom; a king-size and a single bed in the second bedroom with second bath, and a twin hide-a-bed. Fully-equipped, tiled kitchen with a private deck. A seperate laundry room with washer and dryer offer convenience.

Enjoy breakfast on your private patio deck overlooking the pool and golf course with a mountain view. Laze by the standard pool and hot tub adjacent to the unit.   • I just got back from a week in Palm Desert with three friends and we had a great time. The location is fantastic. The condo is excellent and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We appreciated the recommendations the owners made on the best spots for shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc... The view from the balcony is amazing, a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner while the sun sets. The staff at the Desert Falls Fitness and Tennis Club are unbelievably friendly. We'll certainly be back next year.

  • Great condo, perfect for two couples. Enjoyed the amenities - pool, balconies, etc.. We were very comfortable with all the conveniences of home and thought the resort is in a great location too.
