Our comfortable 3 bedroomed "Mexican" condo is located at La Costa Condominiums on the old Mayan Palace Golf Course. Cross the road (3 minute walk) and you are on the famous white, sandy beach of Costa Azul. This unit is ideally located, within walking distance (15 minutes) of historic San Jose and it's shops, restaurants, the Mega Supermarket and the newly opened Wal-Mart.
It is the largest unit in the complex, boasting 2356 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room and den / TV room. Two enormous balconies offer spectacular views extending from the 3rd green of the golf course all the way to Palmilla Point, and the Sea of Cortez.
This unit offers a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in each of two upstairs bedrooms. Full size washer & dryer. Furnished in rustic Mexican style with all home comforts. Kitchen exceedingly well-equipped : just like home!
Choice of at least 4 swimming pools and hot tubs in beautifully landscaped gardens. For your convenience our property manager is on-site to assist you with any enquiries or requests you may have during your stay.
The golf course offers a reduced rate to guests - talk to our property manager to help arrange that.

Hola. I am fortunate to have five friends that were willing to meet me in San Jose and share in my 60th birthday celebration. As there were one couple and four single people in our group, the accomodations here couldn't have been more perfect, especially with three bathrooms each with it's own shower. The condo was even more spacious than the pictures show, so getting some private quiet time was easily accomplished with a living room and large balcony on each floor. As we were there the first week in December, the beaches were almost deserted, the weather was perfect, and we had the pools and hot tub almost to ourselves. The kitchen was very well equipped just like home, so we cooked most of our own meals, except for a couple of nights at Habanero's Gastro & Grill on the main street, an easy walk away. The two times we went there we all had something different and all were totally astonished at how fabulous each meal was. Be sure you leave yourself enough time after the meal to enjoy the waiter's many magic tricks at your table!! Four of us did golf 18 holes at the golf course the condo overlooks and found it surprisingly reasonable for a full size course. Of course bartering was required to get the special price, but the mention of where we were staying clinched the deal quickly. Delicious paninis and cold beer were ordered before we teed off, so they packaged them up for us to take with us in the cart, and of course the drink cart girl was a regular and welcome sight. The nearby mega store is in easy walking distance and has everything you need in the way of food and alcohol. We took our own cloth bags with us so carrying the groceries back to the condo was easy and comfortable. The only disappointment on the entire trip was the lack of good affordable wine, but we soon overcame this dilema by acquiring a taste for strawberry and lime margaritas. I have never liked tequila before, but the Mexican tequila made the best drinks ever!!! I would highly recommend this condo for a safe, clean, and totally enjoyable trip to San Jose. I shall be back!!

We absolutely loved our week in your condo! Thanks so much for helping to make everything work out for us. It's a beautiful condo--so well appointed--and we felt very much at home. We soon got into a rhythm with getting groceries from the Mega etc, which made life very easy. To our delight, we were able to swim almost every day at the beach across the street! The water was beautiful, and although the waves were big, as long as you timed getting in and getting out right, you were fine! And we loved going to the snorkelling beaches; our best day was catching a water taxi from the marina in Cabo to a little beach close to Lover's Beach--just exquisite. Perhaps the highlight for us, though, was being so close to the town; we walked there many evenings and just loved the town square with all the local children playing and the music and dancing, and we especially loved the art walk on Thursday evening with all the galleries open and serving wine etc. Lindsay & Gil Aegerter

We had an excellent time, didn't golf at the course at the condo, but did at the 2 other courses in San Jose both excellent courses that would rival any course anywhere and both are a short drive. very friendly people in the other condos in our building, nice pool and hot tub, our unit was very spacious and comfortable. Downtown San Jose is a must see with the old church and town square. Emma Hargreaves was very helpful, highly recommended.

We just wanted to send you a quick note to say how great your place was! We loved all the space and the kitchen was great and equipped with all the amenities we needed, Jen's grandma even made cheese one day... The golf course was great to look at every morning and everything was so close- we walked to the town square every night. We also thought the wireless was great and I was able to chat with my Mom on skype nearly everyday. Some friends from Canada came over one night to watch the hockey game on CBC. Anyway we just wanted to say thanks- everything was so well laid out and planed so well, we would love to stay at your place in the future, I'll let you know when we plan the next trip! Great place to stay - well situated. The condo was more than we'd hoped for - all we needed and more. Very close to town.Had agreat time especially on the zip lines and the beaches are divine.We will definitely be back
