This Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom condominium features ceramic tile in the entry, bathrooms and kitchen, with a large Gulf Front balcony, a 12 foot bar in kitchen with bar stools, and plasma TVs. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bath. There is a queen size bed in the guest room and in addition, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We also offer free Wireless Hi-Speed Internet service, secure covered parking and a hurricane guarantee.
The master bedroom has a fabulous king-sized sleeper top mattress with custom bedding and window treatments as well as a Plasma television hidden away in the armoire with a DVD player. There is ample storage for what ever you bring to wear whether staying in or going out on the town! The Master bath has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub with a separate step-in shower with a rain shower head, private toilet and a walk in closet with a safe for your valuables.
In the second bedroom you will find a Queen size bed with custom bedding and window treatments as well as a combo television with DVD player. This bedroom has a large closet and roomy dresser for your items to be put away as well as private access to the second bathroom. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower with a shower massage, a large sink area and generous storage.
Our state-of-the-art kitchen has beautiful solid-surface counter tops with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water, and a self-cleaning range. Looking for a quick cool down? Make a frothy drink in the blender! Morning time pick me up? We have a coffee maker and a toaster.
There is also a walk-in pantry for your convenience. All dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware are ready for your use! In addition to all this we also have a washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. The 12 foot long breakfast bar is perfect for eating or visiting with those in the kitchen and living room.
The living area boasts a 32" Plasma television with a DVD/VCR combo unit smartly hidden away in the armoire as well a Play Station 2 for family fun! For your added comfort we have a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and an inviting reclining chair for watching that must see movie!
