Our 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is very charming and beautifully furnished and decorated. The unit has a master bedroom with adjoining big bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, two sinks vanity and a walk-in closet.It also has a king size bed and a 27 inch cable television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen television and a bathroom right next to it. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 42 inch flat screen TV,DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own tiled balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 21st floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.
The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,slow cooker (crock pot), complete cookware sets and utensils.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
Wireless internet service is available inside the condo.
Maps/brochures are also available.
We have a reserved parking space for our guests.

MAJESTIC RESORT AMENITIES:
Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a big stadium seating movie theatre (free movies shown on Friday and Saturday night), fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge) and tennis court. It is also a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, miniature golf and more.
You can rent your beach equipment on Majestic Beach Sand. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

We arrived late in the evening after a long day of air travel. And, what a pleasant surprise to find Roxan had provided coffee and creamer for our first cuppa! Roxan is truly the "hostess with the mostest"! She has thought of everything from extra shampoo to sunscreen to everything "beach"! While we were preparing for a cold front that was passing through Panama City Beach, we discovered that the thermostat was not working. We called and Roxan immediately came over and when she could not fix it, she called a repairman and paid for the Sunday afternoon service call! While she was there, she made some excellent restaurant suggestions; and, when we mentioned that the binoculars would not focus correctly, she surprised us by quickly and quietly going out and purchasing new ones! Roxan's beautifully appointed condo is just as her pictures show! The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware to "eat in". Everything was clean and spotless. And, everything looked new and fresh. While we did not see any dolphins swimming off our beach, it was interesting and fun to observe the changing faces of the gulf waters. It is very unique to see kites and birds flying BELOW you! If we ever have the opportunity to return to Panama City Beach, FL, we will be staying with Roxan again!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is the very best place we have ever stayed anywhere! And the owner could not be any better than Roxan. We felt at Home right away... So many amenities, we could not believe it. This was our 52nd Wedding Anniversary trip and couldn't have been any better. It was spotless and beautiful. We loved it, and will be staying here again. ASAP.....Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We all loved the condo. Everything was beautful, from the bedrooms to the view. We had a 4 year old and a 1 year old and we had room for them to play around. LOVED the closet with all the extras, very nice touch. if you forgot something it was there. We will be coming back soon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. My family and I felt right at home and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We really want to book again soon in the fall because we felt so comfortable and relaxed... it has all the comforts of home and is extremely well kept/clean. The owner's are very personable and accomodating as were the other patrons at the Majestic. We'e never stayed in PCB for our family vacation, but will definitely be back!!! (By the way, if I have to mention any part of our stay that was slightly troublesome, it's ONLY with the elevators on check-in/check-out days, which is to be expected with the number of folks staying at the resort. Otherwise, this was the best vacation we have ever had in our 12 years of marriage!!!!) Thanks a bunch Roxan. You're the best! The pictures don't do it justice. This condo is decorated beautifully. It was the nicest and most comfortable rental we have ever stayed in. Had everything they said it had. It was so nice having a reserved parking space because the garage was always packed. We had a wonderful vacation here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I have been looking forward to this vacation for a month. My husband and oldest son caught a nasty cold just prior to our trip, but decided to go anyway. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked as stated. BTW, within one day into our trip all four of us were a sniffling mess. But what a beautiful place to be sick. We went to walmart and got us supplies, soup, cold meds, ect. The hot tub was a godsend, it felt good to my aching bones. all in all, and besides the sniffling mess we had become, we felt like celebrities who would hold up in a posh hotel to recoop.. would'nt recomend anyone getting a cold for there vacation, but if it does happen to you, this condo will make you feel right at home. Thanks Roxane for your home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Amazing condo. Amazing owner. The condo is beautifully kept and spotless. The owner obviously takes pride in providing vacationers a carefree stay. Our family has stayed in PCB before at another complex and this property was 100% nicer. The property as a whole was well maintained and the pool and beach access a breeze. If you go to PCB you have to eat at Pier 77 and take a cruise on the Capt Anderson III to see the dolphins and shell island.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo was perfect. Nice, roomy, very clean and provided us with more than we expected! Roxan, the owner was so great to deal with and very responsive. We live just a couple of blocks from Majestic Resort. We moved to Panama City Beach in 2005 from California. We love it here. We feel like we are on vacation everyday.
