Our gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is very charming and beautifully furnished and decorated. The unit has a huge master bedroom with adjoining big bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, two sinks vanity and a walk-in closet.It also has a king size bed and a 27 inch cable television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable television and a huge bathroom. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 32 inch cable TV,DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own tiled balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 21st floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.
The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,slow cooker (crock pot), complete cookware sets and utensils.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
Wifi or DSL internet sevice is available inside the condo.
Coupons, maps and brochures are also available.
We have a reserved parking space for our guests.

Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor heated pools, baby pool, 3 hot tubs, poolside bar and grill and a Martini bar. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a huge movie theatre (125 stadium seating type) that is free of charge (movies shown from Friday thru Sunday night), state of the art fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge), spa and tennis court. It is also a walking distance to alot of restaurants, souvenir shops,Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Zoo, miniature golf and more.
You can rent your beach equipment on Majestic Beach Sand. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

If I only had 2 words to describe your place it would be "awesome condo". We have never stayed in a place that had so many extras for the guests. It was wonderful. The movies and game closet was great for the kids. You made us feel not like guests but extended family. Your condo was so comfortable, we did not want to leave.
