We are Panama City Beach residents. You can contact us anytime during your stay.
Our well supplied gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is very charming and beautifully furnished and decorated. We have the biggest two bedroom two bath condo that is available in Tower 1. The unit has a master bedroom with adjoining big bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, two sinks vanity and a walk-in closet.It also has a king size bed and a 27 inch cable television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable television and a bathroom right next to it. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 32 inch cable TV,DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own tiled balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 21st floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.
The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,slow cooker (crock pot), complete cookware sets and utensils.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
DSL and Wifi internet service is available inside the condo.
Maps/brochures are also available.
We have a reserved parking space for our guests.

MAJESTIC RESORT AMENITIES:
Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a huge stadium seating movie theatre (free movies shown on Friday and Saturday night), state of the art fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge) and tennis court. It is also a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, miniature golf and more.
You can rent your beach equipment on Majestic Beach Sand. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

Words cannot explain how beautiful and well maintained this property is. From the moment we walked through the doors, to the time we left. My family felt at home. The condo is well stocked with everything you can think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing we needed was a few grocery items. The condo exceeded the description, and photos that are provided on VRBO. We are already looking into a second stay for the summer on 2012. Thank you Roxy for your hospitality! My family's fall break could not have been any better!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and description and extremely clean. I've never felt so "at home" so far away from home. We didn't want to leave, if it hadn't already been booked for the week after we left, we might have been tempted to extend our stay. The master bedroom bed was absolutely perfect! I've never slept better. The kitchen was so fully stocked we didn't need ANYTHING except food and the beach supplies just took it over the top. We didn't have to spend a fortune on beach towels and chairs and coolers just to use on our one week long trip. They were all available in the condo and everything was clean and in good shape. I simply cannot rave enough about this condo. I would most certainly recommend it to my friends and I plan to rebook next year. Thank you, Roxan, for making our honeymoon memorable and amazing!

This unit was fantastic. You did not have to bring a single thing except yourself. Roxan thought of everything. Beach toys, games, beach towels and much more. It was like home away from home. The beach was not so great but that was no fault to Roxan or her lovely condo, that was mother nature. Our family spent most of the time at the pools with about 5 to choose from all which were maintained and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and would return again myself. My family and I absolutely LOVE this condo!! We rented it twice last year and will be returning again in Oct. The view is SPECTACULAR!!! Roxan is absolutely wonderful to work with! She has thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo is gorgeous, especially the master bedroom and bath plus the master bath has a spaceous walk-in closet. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who plans to vacation in PCB.

My husband and I spent two wonder weeks in this condo. This condo is well kept and beautifully decorated. There were many extras, i.e. all the beach toys including a cooler to take your refreshments down to the beach. We had plenty of towels, bath soap, toilet paper, silver foil, coffee, dish washing soap and etc. If we wanted something not provided, then Super Walmart was just down the street. I liked having a working washer and dryer in the unit. My husband and I sat on the balcony in the early mornings, drinking coffee and watched a family of sea trutles swim out. And, around 6 PM a pod of dolphins would swim past us headed either east. The unit was very quiet. We never heard loud noises. We would definitely visit this unit again.

We have rented this unit many times. We have NEVER been disappointed by the service we have received from this owner. We have NEVER been disappointed by the cleanliness, functionality, or amenities in this unit. I have stayed in numerous places, and I can assure you the decor, furnishings, and extra supplies provided in this unit rival any that I have stayed in anywhere. The Master Bedroom and the attached Master Bathroom are very spacious. After reading a negative review by a recent guest, I felt compelled to discredit their negative claims and assure any future renters that they are unfounded. Please don't let one exaggerated review prevent you from giving this unit a try, I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. Most of their complaints aren't even related to this particular unit, and the ones that are seem quite trivial to me. The tone of their post would indicate to me that they must have expecting a vacation in the Promise Land or some other perfect world? We will be staying in this unit again in August 2011, and are looking forward to it without ANY concerns . We know that this unit will be in tip-top shape just as it always is. P.S. - The view is amazing and we NEVER get nosebleeds.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful clean condo. It was everything the web-site said it would be. We felt very safe and secure having two doors that required key entry. The supplies that were there for our use was so great. If you forget anything like shampoo,lotion,laundry detergent even sunburn gel just to name a few it is all there. Lots of tea and coffee encluding sugar and cream are provided. We enjoyed using the beach supplies also. We didn't have to bring towels,chairs,umbrellas or floats, they were provided. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Coming home with no dirty clothes was wonderful. We loved being able to wash and dry clothes whenever needed. The jetted garden tub was great to get in after being on the beach all day. The garbage shoot being on the same floor is very convenient. The closet space was huge.There are lots of extra pillows and blankets.Having a private parking space was also very convenient. Being on the 21st floor with the private balcony was wonderful. We loved watching the sea life and seeing the sea screamer go by each day. When going to such a popular vacation beach during the prime time of the season you are bound to have waiting time for things such as traffic,elevators,crowded pools and luggage carts, but to us its all a part of having a wonderful vacation.I would highly recommend this condo and I plan to stay here every year. I have been going to panama city for about 25 yrs this is the first year we have stayed here and am so happy to have found this condo and the wonderful owners who really truly care that their guess have a wonderful stay.

My family and I absolutely love this condo! We have stayed in many resorts and many condos on the panhandle throughout the years and continue to vote Majestic as our favorite. Our last visit was in May of this year and we wanted to stay specifically in this unit but we were too late to book and ended up staying in a different unit in the same building and were not nearly as pleased. So much so that we have already contacted the owners of this unit and booked this unit for a week in May 2012. This the cleanest best stocked condo I have ever stayed in! Not to mention the beds are the most comfortable condo beds ever! We will be having our family vacations at the Majestic and in this unit hopefully for years to come!

This will be my fourth year to rent from Roxan, not my third as my previous review reads. I did find the description to be very accurate concerning this property, lacking nothing we needed. As always, the property was clean and well-maintained. Had there been any problems, Roxan would have addressed the issues immediately. She, as always, was very personable and helpful. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here. It is lovely.

We are looking forward to going back to this condo in September. This will be our third year in a row. I have rented many properties over the years and have never been in one as well-equipped as this one. Roxan has thought of everything one could possibly want. Also, I have enjoyed my dealings with Roxan over the years. She is very responsive in a quick and timely manner. I know that if I had any issues, she would take care of them immediately. I would not even consider another property when going to Panama City Beach. I can recommend this with no hesitation.
