Roxan, words cannot begin to express how wonderful you and your condo are. I was hesitant to go to PCB during that time (you know my circumstances) but it was perfect. You're patience, kindness and compassion were a blessing from the start then to walk into your beautiful condo. Pictures do not begin to capture it's elegance. I wouldn't reccommend it to young spring breakers as they would likely be looking for more space and less beauty. Your's is so perfect for couples, families, definitely honeymooners and quiet friends get-a-ways. You thought of simply everything. I definitely want to bring my husband and daughter back and your place is one where I feel comfortable bringing my daughter. The security in your building was great, the grounds of the entire resort were well kept...we couldn't have asked for a place to have stayed for some much needed healing. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if my husband and daughter could have been with me as well. I'm anxious for you to meet them and for them to see your beautiful place. Words cannot explain how beautiful and well maintained this property is. From the moment we walked through the doors, to the time we left. My family felt at home. The condo is well stocked with everything you can think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing we needed was a few grocery items. The condo exceeded the description, and photos that are provided on VRBO. We are already looking into a second stay for the summer on 2012. Thank you Roxy for your hospitality! My family's fall break could not have been any better!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and description and extremely clean. I've never felt so "at home" so far away from home. We didn't want to leave, if it hadn't already been booked for the week after we left, we might have been tempted to extend our stay. The master bedroom bed was absolutely perfect! I've never slept better. The kitchen was so fully stocked we didn't need ANYTHING except food and the beach supplies just took it over the top. We didn't have to spend a fortune on beach towels and chairs and coolers just to use on our one week long trip. They were all available in the condo and everything was clean and in good shape. I simply cannot rave enough about this condo. I would most certainly recommend it to my friends and I plan to rebook next year. Thank you, Roxan, for making our honeymoon memorable and amazing!

This unit was fantastic. You did not have to bring a single thing except yourself. Roxan thought of everything. Beach toys, games, beach towels and much more. It was like home away from home. The beach was not so great but that was no fault to Roxan or her lovely condo, that was mother nature. Our family spent most of the time at the pools with about 5 to choose from all which were maintained and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and would return again myself. My family and I just got home today from this unit and we were extremely disappointed. Check in and check out each took over an hour and a half. There was a massive influx of people checking in and out at the same time and there were no carts available. We had to wait in long lines for well over 20 minutes to get an elevator (not air conditioned and hot as ovens). This unit is set up weird. We'd never seen anything like it. You enter the condo & go through TWO separate doors using your key card on each one. When you get to the unit and you open the first door with your key card and think that you are entering your condo it just opens into a tiny "foyer" where you discover two more doors-one door to your condo and another door to someone else's condo. It's a really strange set up and makes it hard to get your luggage and your beach gear in and out of the unit. The master bedroom is not huge as described in the listing. The beach chairs in the unit were actually webbed LAWN chairs which were bulky and heavy. It was not practical to try to drag them down to the beach. The styrofoam boogie boards were broken to pieces and unusable. The condo's "internet" was actually one ethernet cable located in the master bedroom which made it impossible for the kids to use their computer after we went to bed. And the ethernet cable was broken on one end. The binoculars were cheap. The pots and pans were old and the teflon was all scratched up. Everything I cooked stuck to them like glue. I spent a majority of my time trying to wash (prying food off) this cheap, messed up cookware. There was no liquid dish detergent. The light fixture on the balcony didn't work but we couldn't figure out how to remove the fixture cover to see what the issue might have been. It could have been just a blown bulb but we didn't want to risk tearing up the fixture to see if this was the case. The indoor pool area was extremely hot (like a sauna) and there was such a strong smell of chlorine that it would take your breath away and make your eyes water. The 2 outdoor pools were way too small for the number of people staying at these condos. We will never again stay at this unit nor will we stay at Majestic Towers. I only got in the pool one time for about five minutes before being harassed by a security guard telling me they don't allow drinks within four feet of the pool. Nonetheless the weather was beautiful and the view is great from the 21st floor if you don't get a nosebleed.

Our beautifully furnished Majestic Beach two bedroom two bath condo is the largest two bedroom floor plan available in Tower 1. This unique floor plan will provide you with the most living space, the largest master suite and guest bedroom. It also has a unique lock out area for additional security. Located on the 21st floor, you will get a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the aquatic life it provides. We provide our guests with beach supplies for their convenience. These items will include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, cooler, beach mats, bags and sand castle toys In addition to beach supplies, our condo is also well stocked with the basic necessities like paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid soap, detergent, soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies just to name a few. These beach items and extra supplies are not normally found or provided by other condo owners but again, we chose to do so for your convenience. The beach items are being used a lot so it has the tendency not to last very long, or sometimes misplaced or lost. so we are constantly replacing them. I am just happy to do this for all my guests because they are very much appreciated by them. We are also doing our best to have our condo well maintained so just upgraded our patio furnitures, bought new beach chairs, boogie boards and another set of pots and pans (easy care non stick) in addition to our circulon set. Most important, we are Panama City Beach residents and are available for any unforseen issue that may arise during your stay. We encourage our guests to contact us immediately with any issues or concerns that they may have during their stay. We also provide a guest book for your comments and recommendations so that we may continue to meet your vacation expectations. My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful clean condo. It was everything the web-site said it would be. We felt very safe and secure having two doors that required key entry. The supplies that were there for our use was so great. If you forget anything like shampoo,lotion,laundry detergent even sunburn gel just to name a few it is all there. Lots of tea and coffee encluding sugar and cream are provided. We enjoyed using the beach supplies also. We didn't have to bring towels,chairs,umbrellas or floats, they were provided. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Coming home with no dirty clothes was wonderful. We loved being able to wash and dry clothes whenever needed. The jetted garden tub was great to get in after being on the beach all day. The garbage shoot being on the same floor is very convenient. The closet space was huge.There are lots of extra pillows and blankets.Having a private parking space was also very convenient. Being on the 21st floor with the private balcony was wonderful. We loved watching the sea life and seeing the sea screamer go by each day. When going to such a popular vacation beach during the prime time of the season you are bound to have waiting time for things such as traffic,elevators,crowded pools and luggage carts, but to us its all a part of having a wonderful vacation.I would highly recommend this condo and I plan to stay here every year. I have been going to panama city for about 25 yrs this is the first year we have stayed here and am so happy to have found this condo and the wonderful owners who really truly care that their guess have a wonderful stay.

i have had the pleasure of staying at roxan poe's condo's, both at majestic beach & at the calyspo, for a total of four times, most recently in may 2011 and am returning in september 2011. roxan goes so far above even your highest expectations. all that we have to take w/ us, literally, are our clothes and our food. everything else is provided. we had enough chairs and umbrella's that the beach service was not necessary (saving $100 at least), beach towels, coolers, floats, football, frisbee, paper products,radio and even sunscreen. the place is IMMACULATE, complete with the highest quality of sheets you can buy. the master bath is enormous. seperate toilet, jacuzzi and shower, walk in closet is huge as well. guest bath and bedroom are very large as well. another great perk is that there are double doors. the unit isnt just door facing hallway, you have to go thru two doors, i think that this is a very nice feature. and boy the view for the 21st floor is UNREAL. the kitchen is complete with anything and everything you could possible need/want for cooking while on vaca. roxan is so easy to contact, she answers my texts and phone calls and replies to her email ASAP .. on top of these things, you get an owners parking permit. majestic is a great, clean and safe place to say. i have referred friends to roxan's condo's as well, that is how much i love it! people can not believe what all she does for her guests, she really really cares! thanks roxan!!! see you in september!

Beautify Panama City Beach

My husband and I spent two wonder weeks in this condo. This condo is well kept and beautifully decorated. There were many extras, i.e. all the beach toys including a cooler to take your refreshments down to the beach. We had plenty of towels, bath soap, toilet paper, silver foil, coffee, dish washing soap and etc. If we wanted something not provided, then Super Walmart was just down the street. I liked having a working washer and dryer in the unit. My husband and I sat on the balcony in the early mornings, drinking coffee and watched a family of sea trutles swim out. And, around 6 PM a pod of dolphins would swim past us headed either east. The unit was very quiet. We never heard loud noises. We would definitely visit this unit again.

My family and I absolutely LOVE this condo!! We rented it twice last year and will be returning again in Oct. The view is SPECTACULAR!!! Roxan is absolutely wonderful to work with! She has thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo is gorgeous, especially the master bedroom and bath plus the master bath has a spaceous walk-in closet. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who plans to vacation in PCB.

This will be my fourth year to rent from Roxan, not my third as my previous review reads. I did find the description to be very accurate concerning this property, lacking nothing we needed. As always, the property was clean and well-maintained. Had there been any problems, Roxan would have addressed the issues immediately. She, as always, was very personable and helpful. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here. It is lovely.

We are looking forward to going back to this condo in September. This will be our third year in a row. I have rented many properties over the years and have never been in one as well-equipped as this one. Roxan has thought of everything one could possibly want. Also, I have enjoyed my dealings with Roxan over the years. She is very responsive in a quick and timely manner. I know that if I had any issues, she would take care of them immediately. I would not even consider another property when going to Panama City Beach. I can recommend this with no hesitation.

We have rented this unit many times. We have NEVER been disappointed by the service we have received from this owner. We have NEVER been disappointed by the cleanliness, functionality, or amenities in this unit. I have stayed in numerous places, and I can assure you the decor, furnishings, and extra supplies provided in this unit rival any that I have stayed in anywhere. The Master Bedroom and the attached Master Bathroom are very spacious. After reading a negative review by a recent guest, I felt compelled to discredit their negative claims and assure any future renters that they are unfounded. Please don't let one exaggerated review prevent you from giving this unit a try, I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. Most of their complaints aren't even related to this particular unit, and the ones that are seem quite trivial to me. The tone of their post would indicate to me that they must have expecting a vacation in the Promise Land or some other perfect world? We will be staying in this unit again in August 2011, and are looking forward to it without ANY concerns . We know that this unit will be in tip-top shape just as it always is. P.S. - The view is amazing and we NEVER get nosebleeds.

My family and I absolutely love this condo! We have stayed in many resorts and many condos on the panhandle throughout the years and continue to vote Majestic as our favorite. Our last visit was in May of this year and we wanted to stay specifically in this unit but we were too late to book and ended up staying in a different unit in the same building and were not nearly as pleased. So much so that we have already contacted the owners of this unit and booked this unit for a week in May 2012. This the cleanest best stocked condo I have ever stayed in! Not to mention the beds are the most comfortable condo beds ever! We will be having our family vacations at the Majestic and in this unit hopefully for years to come!

This was the southern hospitality at its finest-thank you for thinking of all the details! The view is superb, the furniture and beds are so comfortable!. Words are not adequate to tell you how wonderful your condo is, especially thanks to your touches. My husband said it felt like we were your family staying there. I have stayed in many rentals, but have never been in one like yours. Everything from the cookware to the beach supplies to the nice furnishings and accessories to the supply of movies and books, walkie talkies, etc. were unbelievable. Everything was wonderful! We had a great time sitting on the balcony everyday. You really put a lot of little extras in the condo. Hopefully we will be back soon.

We just got back from a 4 day 5 night stay in this condo...it was so pretty. The condo is decorated so nicely and the view is AWESOME!! All the extra she includes is unbelievable!! We LOVED it so much!!!
