There are two large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, two outside hot tubs, an indoor spa, a snack bar, tiki bar, internet cafe, two laundromats, tennis court, his and her exercise rooms with sauna, game room, shuffleboard, and outdoor grilling area.
The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour security. Entrances are guarded.
