Outside View of Condo - Sarasota, Florida Condo You will enjoy a relaxing vacation at our Vintage Grand Condo. The Condo is located on the second floor and offers views of the lake from the lanai. It is five miles from the Gulf of Mexico and located on the prestigious Palmer Ranch. From the Condo you can walk to Westfield Shoppingtown Sarasota Square (lots of shopping and restaurants), a fitness facility and water park, Publix, Potter Park and Target. Stoneybrook Golf Club is only two miles away. And, the world renowned beaches of Siesta Key are less than a ten minute drive. On-site, enjoy two pools (one heated during the winter), two tennis courts, a basketball court, fitness room and a social clubhouse. At the beginning of 2008, we newly furnished the entire Condo. We mainly purchased this particular unit due to the peaceful views from the lanai. Each morning you can watch the sun rise over the lake from the lanai. It is a very serene setting.
