Beautiful home newer home with top finish out. Wood floors, granite, stainless appliances, new comfortable pillow top mattresses, deluxe linens, etc. Excellent location in quiet cul de sac. Can't say anything negative about this place. Will definetely come back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this 3,500 home next to a roaring creek and Aspen trees. Even though were only quarter miles from Highway 6, we opened our windows at night and were greeted with cool breezes and quite nights. The owners called every few days to make everything was going smoothly. The house layout is a three level design making it ideal for families and large groups so everyone can have their privacy. I look forward to returning again soon.

I would highly recommend this property for parties of any age. It was very clean and well represented in the listing. Large accomodations and plenty of room for folks to get away from others if needed. Only 5 minute drive to Arrowhead parking for free. Ski over to Beaver creek and take the shuttle back to your car at the end of the day. We will be back next year.

It was nice to come home to a clean, warm and comfortable setting after a long day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable, with nicely appointed linens.The master bedroom had a lovely walk-in closet which was great to hang all our ski clothes and outfits. Our family of 5 had plently of space and privacy to rest and get away and get rejuvenated.The setting was great. We enjoyed the morning sun coming in the breakfast room every day. Loved the carpeting, wood floors and tile throughout the condo.The owner was readily available to answer questions and make our stay enjoyable. We had plently of room to prepare our meals and enjoyed the lovely, modern kithchen updates. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and hope to return to the area soon.

My family stayed this year 1/3-1/8 2011. Loved the home. The proximity to Riverwalk, Beaver Creak and Vail was Great. Great for a family. High end finishes. Loved the private bathrooms in the bedrooms.

Amazing house! My family of 4 stayed in this huge duplex with tons of living and playing room. It's immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated. The kitchen was a great place to cook and fully stocked with cookware, dishes and everything we needed to make our breakfasts and dinners. The beds were so comfy and we all had our own bathrooms! We looked out on a beautifule creek, we went sledding out the back door and the mountain views were amazing. Big screen tvs, dvd players and a fireplace were great touches for our exhausted nights. The owner was only a few minutes away and made us feel really welcome. Less than 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek. Edwards is a great town with a cute movie theater, shopping and really good restaurants for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We also drove to Vail - only 20 or so minutes! Can't wait to stay there next year!
