  Casa Chula is comfortable, with nice beds and a big sofa for lounging. The kitchen has coffee and drinks and snacks, and it obviously has been remodeled with granite counter tops and high-end appliances. The owner has thought of every detail; I plan to come back!

  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house this weekend, it was very cozy. Super clean and very roomy. I felt right at home, this house is so unique and very well taken care of. I loved the interior design it made our vacation feel very nice:). I can't wait to go back. Not to mention the park was only minutes away and we the next block had a lot of fast food restaurant including stores.

  My family (5 adults and 1 child) came down from NH. The house was a fabulous way to visit and share meals together. The most frequented room was the screened-in-porch. It was a great place to visit with each other and to use as a base for exploring the city. Frances was very accommodating. Will stay again.

  Stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. Plans were made last minute and the owner was very hospitable and accommodating. Very clean house! She even brought us chips and salsa, and there were cold beers in the frig upon arrival! Very good location next to small park. Walking distance to Trudy's and The Spider and the grocery store. Very short drive to downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. All the comforts of home in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!

  This house was great. Location was awesome and amenities were perfect. Property was very clean and well maintained. The owener was amazing and very helpful. It is located just off Guadalupe and the UT campus. We walked to the game and places to eat. The neighborhood was really cool. This property exceeded my expectations. I will return. NO DOUBT!

  A group of girlfriends and I rented this house when we were in Austin for a friend's wedding. Everything about it was amazing from start to finish. The owner was very communicative and helpful before we got to the house and even more so once we were there. She made us feel right at home with beer and chips and salsa. The house itself is great. It is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owner has obviously taken a lot of time and energy to make it a welcoming space. The neighborhood was perfect for a bunch of out-of-towners. This is a great deal for the price. I hope to stay there again on my next Austin trip.

  We stayed at this vacation rental two weekends in a row and were very pleased with the accomodations and the hospitality. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Within walking distance to Trudy's, an excellent location for a good meal and drinks.
