Welcome to our new 5 bedroom villa at the gated Calabay Parc Tower Lakes. A peaceful community on a lakeside setting. The villa is on a much sought after oversized corner plot that is south facing and not overlooked. Villa-aquatica is one of the finest villas available in this area.
Swim in the oversized pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or sunbathe on the extended decking. Whatever your choice, you will feel totally at ease in the privacy of our home.
Inside the villa, enjoy the pure luxury and use all the facilities available. The kids (and adults) will love the full size pool table other games and of course the broadband internet.
Young children are catered for with strollers, highchairs and cots available.

If you feel like venturing out, you have peace of mind knowing you are in a perfect location for all the theme parks, beaches, shopping, restaurants and airport. Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes away and acts as an easy gateway for Florida. Disney is an easy 15 minute drive via I4, thus avoiding the overcrowded 192. All major attractions in Orlando are off Interstate 4.
