This unique professionally designed home offers gorgeous wood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout. The Main level features a great room w/ a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen w/ breakfast bar and sunroom. Also on the Main level is a half bath and laundry room.
The Second floor has 3 bedrooms each having Queen size beds. The Master bedroom has its own fireplace and adjoining porch that overlooks the tennis courts. A full limestone tiled bathroom sits on the Second Floor, featuring a walk-in shower and jet tub. The Third Floor has a television with local channels, some dvd movies, and an additional full futon bed. A widows peak Fourth level deck overlooks Lake Erie! The home has all high end amenities including Central Air, Central Vacuum system, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, gas stove/oven, high end kitchen utensils, linens and much more! This home is extremely clean and gorgeous as it was built in just 2006! There is free access to a Private Beach, free parking and no gate entrance fees for you or your visitors!
**Mitiwanga is 20 minutes from Cedar Point, 2 exits from Kalahari Water Park and minutes from quaint downtown Vermilion. (See Pictures below.)
From May 27, 2011 through September 5, 2011, Weekly rentals (Sat to Sat) $2200 per week ($2400/ for premium weeks (holidays). Plus $150.00 cleaning fee. If weekend only available, two (2) night minimum at $350/night plus $150.00 cleaning fee.
From September 6, 2011 through May 26, 2012 weekly rental $1600 per week or two(2) night minimum at $300/night. Plus $150.00 cleaning fee.

Our family recently rented the subject property and we want others to know that the owners did a fantastic job making sure our crew had everything we could have possibly needed. The location is a little tricky to find, but turning on to Surf Side made all the difference. The only possible thing that would have made our stay extremely perfect was a second full bath. But, nonetheless, we absolutely have nothing but great things to remember our stay by. I will add that the "whirlpool tub" got a workout with us older folks easing our aches and pains from the long drives each of us had. With good luck, we will rent this home again in the future.
