This unique professionally designed home offers gorgeous wood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout. The Main level features a great room w/ a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen w/ breakfast bar and sunroom. Also on the Main level is a half bath and laundry room.
The Second floor has 3 bedrooms each having Queen size beds. The Master bedroom has its own fireplace and adjoining porch that overlooks the tennis courts. A full limestone tiled bathroom sits on the Second Floor, featuring a walk-in shower and jet tub. The Third Floor has a television for videos only, no cable/tv, some dvd movies, and an additional full futon bed. A widows peak Fourth level deck overlooks Lake Erie! The home has all high end amenities including Central Air, Central Vacuum system, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, gas stove/oven, high end kitchen utensils, linens and much more! This home is extremely clean and gorgeous as it was built in just 2006! There is free access to a Private Beach, free parking and no gate entrance fees for you or your visitors!
**Mitiwanga is 20 minutes from Cedar Point, 2 exits from Kalahari Water Park and minutes from quaint downtown Vermilion. (See Pictures below.)
From June 13 through August 15, 2009, Weekly rentals only (Sat to Sat) $1900 per week ($2100/ for premium weeks (holidays). Plus $100.00 cleaning fee.
From August 15 through June 13, weekly rental $1450 per week or two(2) night minimum at $275/night. Plus $100.00 cleaning fee.
