ROMAR PLACE: Our Beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath unit offers breathtaking, direct gulf front views! Located on the eighth floor, you can relax in your living area or on your large balcony and see forever! Decor and furnishings are upscale yet comfortable. Each room is decorated with its own unique flare. You'll feel as if this is your "home away from home." You can walk onto your balcony from the living room or master bedroom. Enjoy coffee in the mornings from the kitchen table while you watch the dolphins come by on their breakfast run. After the kids are in bed, you can chill out at night and enjoy a little star gazing. The outdoor pool is directly below your balcony for some fun "people watching." When the time comes, you won't want to leave! PLEASE, WE ARE A NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS UNIT!

THIRD BEDROOM: One twin bed, one twin top bunk and double futon/couch below. Equipped with Cable TV and VCR player. Great room for kids!
LIVING AREA: Equipped with a 37" Flat Screen TV, cable TV, DVD & VCR player and wireless internet service. The living area is tastfully decorated and geared for comfort. It is the happening place to be, whether for quietly watching the sunrise, reading a book with a hot cup of coffee, for an afternoon nap or for a night of movies, games or both.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equiped with everything you could possibly need to prepare gormet or quick meals and beverages! All new appliances installed 2008. However, you may choose to "keep the kitchen clean" and eat out at the fine area restaurants. It's up to you!
LAUNDRY AREA: The area is equipped with drying rack, basket and full size washer and dryer.

We chose Romar Place because we liked the size of our complex. With only 66 units, the pools, beach and workout facilites are always less crowded. We love the beautiful view of the sunrise as well as the soothing sound of the ocean from our balcony. We also enjoy seeing only ocean from our kitchen table. We can't wait to come back year after year and hope you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Orange Beach is a fantastic beach community and our condo is well situated in relation to Gulf Shores State Park, movie theatres, shopping, outlet malls, amusement parks, putt putt golf, great restaurants, community services and the public library. It is a fantastic location - close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet!
Romar Place Condo are located directly on the beach with all units directly facing the ocean.

We live in the Nashville, Tennessee area since 1995 and decided the gulf coast is the perfect place for our family to return year after year. We love the white sand, family friendly beach, and great shopping & restaurants (all in close proximity but not too close). Our family of 5 stayed in this condo in July 2011. Plenty of space for everyone! Great views from the master bedroom and living area. Kitchen so wonderfully stocked! The rental was exactly as described on the VRBO site. Owner was great to work with. The building is smaller than the big high rise condos, which translates into a less crowded beach and pool. We loved the indoor pool option. Lots of restaurants nearby, and we easily found a movie theatre, water park, putt-putt golf, and a go-cart track. We would love to stay in this condo again sometime!

The day my husband retired we hopped in the car and drove down to our favorite place - Orange Beach. The condo was bright and cheery. We walked right out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean before making supper in the well equipped kitchen. When down by the pool it is an added bonus to have restrooms right outside. Grills are available for use although we only enjoyed the smell of others cooking their dinners. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things to do. The sand is so white and soft. The ocean was both relaxing to watch and refreshing to walk in. Thanks so much for letting us rent your condo!!

Like you, we have only enjoyed the aroma from others cooking on the patio grills, but have found that many take advantage of the grills. Our family just returned for a stay a the condo the week of April 4th. The weather was a little hit or miss, however, the wonderful views and indoor pool more than compensated for my 5 and 7 year old swimmers. Condo was laid out great for families and was very conveniently located to several restaurants and grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix's). We tried many of the local restaurants and recommend Tacky Jacks for breakfast, Cobalt for a nice dinner and best of all LuLu's for the whole family. Owners were very easy to deal with and have nicely appointed the condo with everything you would need. Would definitely come back! Jen S. Rochester, Michigan

We loved staying in this condo. The pictures and description were accurate. Only it did not tell how well her kitchen was stocked. They provided better cookware than I use at home. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for all of us. The indoor and outdoor pools and white sandy beachs made for a pleasurable vacation. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent 3/2 unit, colorful, well furnished, enjoyed sunsets from balcony and peaceful walks on the beach. Lots of nearby eating- restaurants, groceries, shopping and recreation spots. Especially special as we shared it with old friends from college. Will definitely return!!

Had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful condo, which was very clean. Great location very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Complex is very quiet with very nice pools and the beaches were great. Cant wait to come back again next year.

This is a wonderful condo. The split bedroom design of this condo is great for when one needs their own quiet time from the others. The "VIEW" is at times breathtaking from the balcony. The condo is locate on the eight floor which makes it perfect to see the sun rise and set over the gulf. There is nothing better than having a morning cup of coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. I have to say I was concerned with this being located in an area with so many other condos, but it was quiet and we had privacy. At the same time the location of the condo is close enough to walk to stores, resturants and of course the beach. My family and I will definately return again!

Thanks for preparing everything for us. We enjoyed everything about your beautiful condo. I loved all your colors. Full moon was just outstanding! We like nothing better than waking up and looking out at the Gulf. Sitting on the "veranda" was so special. The only requirement that my husband wants is that his laptop works, and it did. I can't think of anything that we wanted that you didn't have available for us. Even with the 8th day...just not enough time. Sandra Cohron

What a relaxing week I've just had with friends. The condo was great! Truly a vacation destination. You had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Beds were comfortable and all was clean. The beach was beautiful! Walking on the highway was not fun but what a great state park trail we found off 161 by Publix. I hope to visit again!

We loved our time at this condominium. The nautical decor was very cheery. We loved the layout, with the master bedroom separated from the children's bedrooms. The appliances were nice, and the showers were great. There was even dishwashing liquid, which no rental ever has! Everything was lovely - thank you for making us feel at home!
