This family owned townhouse is located in the Ptarmigan Complex beautifully situated on Gore Creek. World Class skiing just minutes from this centrally location townhome in West Vail. The Town of Vail Bus is free and just steps away from the townhouse. The location could not be better with every imaginable shopping needs less than half mile away including Safeway, Dry Cleaners, Ace Hardware, Liquor Store, Subway, 7-Eleven, Gas Station, Sports Authority and more. Eagle/Vail airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away and Denver International Airport is approximately two hours. The complex has a heated pool for use in the summer months that is open from May 31 through August 31. Additionally there is a indoor jacuzzi and sauna available for the winter months.
Vail boasts three distinct areas of the mountain, each with their own features and fortes, including four terrain parks, seven bowls and 5,289 acres of free-ride terrain. At seven miles wide, finding fresh tracks is as easy as finding elbow room. Beaver Creek is just minutes away by either bus or car. Our home is cozy and convenient... just want you want for your stay in Vail. Come ski in the winter, fly fish in the summer... or just come visit because you want to. Any time of year, Vail is a wonderful destination. The townhome has two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. One bedroom has a King Bed, the other has two Twin Beds. There is a den upstairs with a comfortable sitting area with sofa, desk, overstuffed chair and a flat screen LCD TV. Downstairs is a three-quarter bathroom with a shower, main living room with a queen size sleeper bed in the sofa. There is a 42 inch LCD in the main living room with a complete line up of cable channels. Both the main room and the upstairs den have DVD players. There is a stereo with a five disc CD changer in main living area. The kitchen has newer appliances and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer as well as lots of storage for your gear.
