Beach and gulf view townhouse recently completely renovated and updated. Brand new kitchen with upgraded features. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sands and crystal clear water. 30 minutes from the Naval Air Museum featuring Blue Angels, plus outlets and boutique shopping in Destin only about 1 hour away.
Brand new flat screen TVs in den and kid's/rec room. Wireless (or wired) internet available throughout the unit. Features many kid/baby items including high chair, baby swing, kids play table, pack and play. PlayStation 2 game console and 30+ games for the older kids. Beach chairs and toys. Has 3 kids bikes, 2 adult bikes, a big wheel and 1 scooter. No land line phone, cell phone service only so be sure to bring your cell!
The island has 8 miles of paved running or biking paths. You can watch the kids playing in the pool from the back deck while sipping your mojito. Many beautiful mallard ducks living outside your back door. Family friendly dining options available nearby as well as places for a night out without the kids. Plus there's a Redbox video rental station just 5 minutes away.
Large extended deck features seating for 6 plus you can add more folding chairs. There is a charcoal grill and a wooden baby/security gate at the top of the deck stairs for peace of mind and safety.
There is a bonus room/4th bedroom that is great for kids to hang out in with a TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 video game system and day bed. The kids can watch a movie or play video games while the adults enjoy dinner/drinks in the living room.
Two private pools on site, with one being a newer pool which was opened in August of 2008 that includes a waterfall decoration and an infinity edge. It's very large and well designed for additional options for sun-n-fun.
Enclosed garage parking available with electric garage door opener. 2nd fridge in garage. A shower is just outside the garage door for washing sand off and cleaning your shells.

We had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful. No worries about parking, just walk right over to the beach. The condo was in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfy. We cooked at home several nights and there was everything we needed to cook. We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a PERFECT place to visit! The description is completely accurate, the pics depict the true appearance, the property was immaculate, the owners worked with me in great detail and not only would I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, I plan on returning there as often as possible! This place is GREAT!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This townhouse is everything it is advertised to be. It is by far, the best place on Pensacola Beach to relax, unwind, reflect, have fun, and get covered in sugar white sand. Our family of 11, spent 4 nights here together, including our 3 young grandkids. It provided us with a place to spend much needed time together, at a more than reasonable rate. Everything was provided. We brought food, beverages and beach toys, and the rest was supplied. This place is convienient, clean, large and spectacular. Right on the beach, close to the main hub of activities, but sometimes it felt like we were 100 miles from civilization. It was very relaxing. We watched the sunrise, and we watched the sunset and we watched the thunderstorms walk across the gulf of Mexico with brilliant colors and rainbows. We saw seagulls, crabs, salt water fish and dolphins. It was a rare treat that we Iowan's rarely get the opportunity to experience. The owners of this townhome are so plesant to work with and very hospitable. The acconodations just can't be beat. I highly reccommend you consider this to be your place to stay on your next visti to Pensacola Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
