Stayed at this duplex for 6 weeks in January/February 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The duplex has a very nice kitchen with all the utensils/pans needed for cooking. The open kitchen dinning and living area is great for entertaining. The dinning table is very large making it ideal not only for entertaining but also for setting up a home office work space. The listing description for the duplex is accurate. The decor is very nice and the view of the ocean is beautiful. The duplex was very clean and the owner was helpful in answering questions. Particularly enjoyed being here in the off season with the beach often empty and the neighborhood usually very quiet. It is a very easy walk to the beach from the duplex. The beach is beautiful with lots of good shell hunting and bird/dolphin watching. Also visited Fort Macon which is close by and tried out a number of local restaurants. For example.......Circa 81 in Morehead City and Amos Mosquitos in Atlantic Beach had great food.

We loved your beautiful beach condo! This condo was so comfortable and roomy that we could picture living here forever and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering making an offer,because this home has it all and it is so close to our family in NC. The home was decorated with everything a person needs to feel at home. It was nice to have a deck outside of the master bedroom with a large bathroom. Whenever, we were looking for something we forgot to pack, we were able to find it in this condo. The owners were very professional and friendly and made planning our trip less stressful. They answers all of our questions and made the check in and out a piece of cake. We were second row from the beach and we still felt like it was at our doorsteps. We stayed at a larger home here on the beach in March 2011, with an elevator, pool and spa and we didn't get near the family experienced we had while staying at this condo. This was our first condo experience and we were blown away and look forward to another visit soon. The Tv's were Awesome! Thanks again for allowing my family the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo. We had a Blast!

We have stayed at this rental for our week vacation for the last 4 years. We love the location - pretty much oceanfront, with a great view. As long as we continue to come to this beach, this will be our first choice. The unit is very clean and very well stocked with necessities plus more. The lady that manages the property is the most helpful, kind and serving person. Any need we have ever had, she is there ASAP to help. The owner is very easy to work with and answered emails immediately while setting up the rental. We love this beach because there is plenty to do and lots of restaurants but not the traffic, crowds, waiting in lines and noise of other beaches.

Great Place for Holidays and Vacations

We loved your beautiful beach condo! Great home decor, comfortable, and great views! Great views from the many windows in the condo of the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the decks. It was nice to have a deck outside of the master bedroom. Both decks gave us a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean! We were close to the beach and enjoyed a walk along the beach. We will visit again in the future! It was such a beautiful, quiet, and comfortable roomy place for our family of 5 for Thanksgiving! The steps provided some exercise too! We were just 10 minutes away from a shopping center with lots of common stores (Belks, JC Penney, etc.).

We stayed at this property from 2 Oct - 5 Nov 2011. We did NOT want to leave. It was absolutely beautiful and furnished very, very nice. Very well equipped. It had everything that you could possibly want and then some. The owner was great to work with and the young lady who is in charge of the condo could not have been more helpful. It was just a great experience. The views over the ocean are breath taking. Very quiet with great restaurants close by. Hope we can do this again next year. Just a great place.

My family and I are still stunned. This rental is SUPERB. We visit the seafood festival each year. Last year, we paid 25% more for lesser quality facilities. This place is amazing for the $...Just as pleasant were the owners/leasers. Top notch customer service, quick response, and went above and beyond for us. We won't stay elsewhere in the future. The bar has been set!

Great family vacation

My family really enjoyed this condo. We have a family of five and had tons of room. The condo is not ocean front but just a short walk to the beach. The view is beautiful and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to deal with and respond quickly to all my emails and calls. My security deposit was returned promptly. Had a great experience.

We had a great time this summer in this condo. The condo was very roomy and all the furniture and electronics were fairly new and all in good working order. The upstairs kitchen and family room provided great views of the ocean and lots of room to play games, eat and chill out. The bedroom / studio room off of the kitchen was a great place for the kids to play video games or take naps. The beach was a short walk away and the overall location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was roomy, comfortable, neat, and close to the beach. The view from the condo was beautiful. It was also convenient to various shops and restaurants. We definately plan to rent this condo again in the future!

This was the first time that my family stayed in a home instead of a hotel when on vacation. We didn't know what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded. This place was absolutely beautiful! The rooms, the decor, and the VIEW-what an amazing home! The pictures only capture a fraction of the beauty. It is well maintained and clean. The area is peaceful, quiet, and there are so many things to do if you want to get out and about. We went to Beaufort and went on a boat ride and saw dolphins and wild ponies. The owner, Mark, was very pleasant to work with and we thank him for allowing us to use his home. We definitely recommend this home to others! We hope to visit again, very soon.

My family met at this house to celebrate my father's 84th birthday. We were 6 adults. The house was in immaculate condition, furnished very comfortably and tastefully, and was well stocked with all basic needs including dry goods in the kitchen. The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended!

We were blown away by this property. The layout, the tasteful decor, the numerous amenities, all combined to make it a perfect place for a family vacation. The view is magnificent, and it only takes a few steps to get to the beautiful beach! The furniture/beds were very comfortable, and a TV in each room was very convenient. This condo exceeded our expectations and we definitely hope to return next year!

Wonderful ocean-view rental

This is the second time we have rented this beach house, and it has been the highlight of our summer both times. Unparalleled ocean views, wonderful master suite, and the option for children to view TV and/or DVDs in a private upstairs room without disturbing adults gathered in the nearby great room.The furnishings, appliances, and guest pantry items all reflect an unusual level of owner commitment to the enjoyment of vacationers. We will definitely return for a third time, and look forward to even more returns to this wonderful vacation home.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of room in each bedroom, spacious kitchen, and nice sized living room. Everything was bright and clean, with the amenities of clean sheets, basic staple foods in the kitchen, and little things such as extra shampoo in the bathroom. It was a wonderful week and would definitely choose to stay at this condo again.

We stayed at this condo over the Thanksgiving Holiday and it was WONDERFUL! The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions & requests we had in timely manner, which is a BIG PLUS!! We've stayed at several rental properties and I must say this one is the most well stocked we've experienced. They provide every item you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was so well stocked I really did not need the items from home to prepare our Turkey Day meal. Not to mention the extra items that you may need during your stay (toiletries, spices etc- may help eliminate an emergency trip to the store if forget something. The living area is very open and roomy so it was very comfortable for our family including 4 active children. The bedrooms and beds were very comfy. It is really steps away from the beach, and there is a great playground on the beach that our children really enjoyed. The view is Awesome. The pictures here are very accurate, what you see is what you get and so much more! We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a chance to stay here again during the summer.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo so much we did not want to leave! The view is beautiful, only steps to the beach, the decks are wonderful, the condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for better accomadations and would love to stay here every time we come back to the beach! We drove in the rain all the way to the beach, and then had beautiful weather all week! We were very pleased and will recommend this condo to anyone we know that may be headed to Atlantic Beach! I had stayed at this property for 7 weeks while I had to work down in the area. It was so beautiful. It has a great view of the ocean which is a few steps away. The place is furnished really nice and they had almost every item that a person could think of there for you. I had enjoyed it so much, that i will definetely stay there again.
