With a full bath on each level and two large living spaces this home is ideal for large groups.
If that wasn't enough, there are 4 separate outdoor sitting areas all with beautiful views of the water or wildlife and nature. The deer are like your very own pets and can be seen all around the private community. With amenities like a beautiful large community pool, private community workout facility, and a beautifully challenging 9 hole par 36 golf course.
This cozy home is a great place to play in any season. The summer offers opportunities for swimming and boating from our large covered boat dock with tie up slips for two boats. The winter offers crisp mornings watching the deer in the front yard and comfortable weather for golf and a fireplace to warm up in front of in the evenings while watching the High Definition flat screen TV. With two refrigerators, new appliances, and a large stainless steel propane grill on the deck the chef of the family will have all they need.
