Cobbler's Cabin is one of Maggie Valley's newest and most IMPRESSIVE log homes. Offering the convenience of easy access to and from the cabin. Just minutes from SOCO ROAD, Maggie Valley and Ingles, the areas best known grocery store.
As you climb the steps onto the porch you will truly feel you've arrived. Over 1000 square feet of porches and decks await your enjoyment. Later today take a few minutes and enjoy the comfort of the rocking chairs and relax in our hammock.
Upon entering the cabin you will feel right at home. From the Kitchen with its full complement of dinnerware, appliances and utensils you will never be far from family and friends. The Dining area and Great Room, with its wood burning stone fireplace and game table, are all within sight. Firewood is provided outside but you might have to take a short stroll around the property to pick up kindling and such. The Master Suite with queen bed and Jacuzzi tub is located on this level.
Walking up the generous stairway to the loft you'll see additional sleeping on the queen pull-out sofa by the windows. Another Master Suite with queen bed is also located on this level. Personally I enjoy sitting at the desk in the loft with my laptop just to check on e-mails. I can also enjoy the fireplace and view a little TV as well. However, you are not restricted to the loft for Internet access. WiFi is available throughout the cabin and outside areas.
From the Main Level walking down the stairway you'll notice the Laundry Room on the left and the Bunk Room with games, privacy and TV on the right. This room also has a full bath. On the porch outside you'll find the Hot Tub.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay at Cobbler's Cabin and all the local venues; Maggie Valley, Ghost Town, Waynesville, Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino, the Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge (a must if you have kids), Gatlinburg, Dollywood and, of course, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Cataloochee Ski Resort is within a 20 minute ride for the skiing, snow mobiling and sledding enthusiasts. Tube World, across from Ghost Town parking lot is a 15 min. ride and is a must for families with kids to enjoy their 5 tube sledding trails (snow permitting)and mini trails for the very young.
We always end our trips to Maggie Valley and the Cobbler's Cabin with a visit to Joey's Pancake House across from Ghost Town, and I'm sure you will also. Please take time during your stay to leave us a note in our Guest Book and tell us a little about yourselves and your stay at the Cabin.
OUR RATES INCLUDE EVERYTHING EXCEPT TAXES.
We look forward to reading your entries when we visit next.
