It's bigger than it looks!!
Fresh remodel. 3000sq.ft with 6.5 baths /6 BR (5 masters), featuring four bedrooms on the main floor plus game room with queen Murphy bed. One private loftroom upstairs with king bed and full bath. Foam mats in game room. The house is much bigger than it looks in the front photo. Almost everything on one level.
Fun stuff, Hi-Speed internet, Jukebox full of oldies, pinball, arcade games, and big TV with 600 movies. Living room 28' x 16' with corner gas heating fireplace, wall mounted 50" flat screen TV, skylights, bay window, and French doors. Big hot tub on private deck. Well equipped kitchen, 2008 remodel, maple cabinets, granite counters, all base cabinets with pull out shelves, stainless appliances. Huge lot with lots of common ground beyond. Big deck and paver patio. Outside Smoking Only.
Ten Bikes. Two minute walk to grocery store and Country Mall with video and game rentals, ice cream shop, coffee shop, 13 restaurants within a five minute walk (Subway to Dinner houses). Quiet area close to swimming pool,(swim passes included for summer) tennis courts, bike trails, and Sunriver Lodge.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is one of the most convenient locations in Sunriver. Five minute walk to the South Pool, two minutes to the Sunriver Village. Hugh lots (16,000 sq. ft.) with lots of common ground. Grocery store is also a two minute walk. Forgot the salsa for the tacos? "Back in five minutes with what you need" We have two houses on Backwoods Lane because of the location, we think it's the best. It doesn't show on the map but Backwoods is a circular lane with 12 houses. Huge island in the middle for a safe controlled play area. Frisbee golf, perfect.

We love Sunriver and Central Oregon with all it has to offer. Our summers are usually spent in Bend in a tiny downtown house. We like to be handy for anything that comes up at our Sunriver houses. We take pride in our houses.

The last 5 years we have had family reunions in large rentals at Sunriver. This was by far the most pleasant stay! The kitchen was completely stocked with consumables....plastic bags,foil,all seasonings. The game room with video games and huge video library kept the youngsters entertained. The house showed pride of ownership
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

We have just returned from a perfect week in Sunriver - this location is great for walking to the mall with all the activities available there. The area in back is perfect for small children; it is an easy bike ride to the pool. The arcade games were a hit with big and little kids; we ate on the picnic tables each evening and celebrated a birthday one afternoon with 25 guests - plenty of room for everyone. We will be returning next July - the first time we will have stayed in the same home more than once since we began coming to Sunriver in 1982 as a family of four - we are now up to 10.

We spent Thanksgiving at this house and had 3 families (7 kids) and two single adults, and this house fit us all comfortably! It was within walking distance to the mall and lodge. Very comfortable and quiet since it is mainly a one story home. There is one bedroom upstairs but it is way in the back so very quiet as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and spices as well. We hope to stay there again next year as well. Thanks Craig!

I am with the group of guys who use the house for a golf vacation. We had to use a different house last year because of the remodel but we have already reserved it for 2008. We were already very satisfied with the house and it will only be better with more masters. We look forward to going there every year and this will be our 5th. Thanks for Craig for all the upgrades while we have enjoyed his house.

A group of guys( between 5 and 7) have stayed in the house for a week each of the last three years for a golf vacation. The house is ideally suited for a group as well as for families. We appreciate the size and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate a bunch of guys. The hot tub and barbecue are very nice to have and everything we need is available. We have stayed at several other houses and condominiums in previous years, and this is by far our favorite. We have already booked for 2005. A great experience!!

We have been going to SunRiver for many years and this is by far our favorite place to stay. It has a great location (walking distance to the mall and close to the lodge and South pool). The house itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The video library and game room makes it heaven for kids (and adults)! With the living room at one end of the house and the game room at the other, it has nice separation for kids and adults. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We loved the hot tub. There are bikes for every size person. If you want to spend a wonderful vacation, this is the house for you. I highly recommend it. You'll love it!
