We stayed in this unit in August, 2009 and are planning to return in August, 2010, absence of oil permitting! This is a wonderful condo, maintained very well and is in great condition. One plus is that the condo is situated on the side of the complex where it doesn't get glaring full sun, as do the units across the courtyard. The Aegean itself is an older complex, the condos are very spacious, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. The pool is well maintained and clean. We've been going there for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Also, the owner of this condo is a wonderful person, very easy to work with, excellent with communications, etc. I highly recommend this particular unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
