This beautiful four bedroom, two and a half bath home is part of a quiet, quaint and safe neighborhood, yet conveniently located near the community center and park. This newer home has had minimal use, leaving it in brand new condition.

"WOW!, was our first impressions of this beautifully presented holiday home in Anthem. This place has everything a family could hope for (even a kettle for the British!!) we travelled from Liverpool in England with 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers and we couldn't of been happier with our choice of accommodation. The pool area is sublime, fun for the kids in the day and a place of sanctuary for the adults at night!! enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub at midnight will be one of my most treasured memories. The bedrooms were great spacious and very clean, dining area and kitchen ALMOST tempting enough to want to throw a dinner party or two, and the TV area with the huge screen was a highlight for the teenagers. Everything was made for a fantastic holiday, we would recommend this property to all families of all ages. Thank you once again Kevin for a wonderful stay."
The fabulous backyard is like having your own private resort... leaving you very litte reason to leave the property. Swim, Hot Tub, Sunbathe, play Grass Volleyball or Horseshoes, BBQ or just relax and read a book next to the Pool with the sounds of a waterfall soothing your day away. This home is truly unique to the area as it is one of the only homes in Anthem with a large grass area and both a built in a Pool and Hot Tub.
The home is completly furnished with modern furnishings. Each of the four bedrooms has a Queen size bed with fine linen and bedding. It is kid friendly, yet elegant for all your entertaining as well. It has a very large backyard with grass for the kids to play or for you to entertain.
The outstanding Anthem clubhouse and park offers first class amenities. The park offers day and night-lit Tennis courts, outdoor Basketball, outdoor Volleyball, Skate Park, Roller Hockey Rink, Catch & Release Bass Fishing, Walking Paths, Pavillions, Soccer Fields, Baseball Fields and a Train for the smaller kids. You come to Phoenix because of MLB and Spring Training, NBA and College Basketball, or maybe a College or NFL Football game. You can Golf at more that 25 golf courses that are within 30 minutes or take 15 minutes and drive to Lake Pleasant. Just off of I-17 you can take a short drive to Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon. Shopping at the Outlet Mall is just minutes away or go to Scottsdale for some of the finest shopping in the Country. Anthem is just enough off of the beaten path to be quiet, quaint and relaxing yet close enough to everything you could ever want in Phoenix. There is something here for everyone!
