In anticipation of a birthday celebration for myself, the grandmother, I rented this property to gather family members together. The home is as described, charming and well-maintained, clean and well-furnished, offering all the amenities anyone could want or need for our gathering to be what we all hoped for....a happy sharing time for three generations. Eight of us were totally comfortable. We loved the pool and spa and learned to cope with the alarm on the door pretty quickly.. We enjoyed the walking and the wonderful playground that offered amusement for youngsters and skateboard park for a teenager. Stores and shopping are handy. We had a good dinner at Ocho Locos but we mostly cooked and ate at home for the kitchen is excellent, totally equipped and easy for several people to be cooking at the same time. Eating at the big kitchen table we laughed so much at dinner that we wondered if we were disturbing the neighbors. The owner checked in by phone several times. No problems. The photos are accurate, showing this appealing property as it is. I would heartily recommend this home to friends and relatives and hope to return soon.

This home was perfect for our 2 week stay in Jan/Feb 2012. We were an extended family of seven, of all age groups from kids to seniors. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and was spacious and well set up. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the pool was great. Kevin was a great and organized host - always responded to our questions in a timely fashion. The pool was great, and we enjoyed the spa. The programmer for the pool was complex. We soon got used to the pool alarm on the back door! The only thing missing was a working vaccuum to tidy up, but I am sure Kevin has looked after that by now. The location of the property was great. Walking distance to Safeway. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We had a great time at this home and would absolutely stay here again if we needed a vacation home of this size. Sedona was beautiful and we had a great day trip to the Grand Canyon with Arizone Scenic Tours, also. Thanks.

Our family (3 adults, 4 children under 5!) recently stayed at this property in January and LOVED it. The house was immaculately kept, landscaping beautiful, full functioning kitchen, etc. Just as it looks in the pictures! It was easy to operate the pool and spa, and Kevin was really accommodating to any questions we had during the week. Anthem is fun for families, and the proximity to Phoenix can't be beat. We would definitely return to this house in a heart beat. Thanks for such an enjoyable trip!

I just want to say thank you for the lovely stay at you beautiful home in Anthem, Az, i met up with family members at the great house, and we totally enjoyed ourselves, the pool was wonderful and the weather was perfect at night to enjoy the spa under the stars. The only thing i would change is the alarms at the sliding doors. they drove us crazy the first few hours, lol Great if you have small ones, but all in all. we all agreed we would be back thank you again. rooms are nicely decorated, as in the pictures, convient to shopping, and easy easy to find,

Owner response:Thank you for the review! I am glad everyone enjoyed the stay. I agree...relaxing in the spa at night, under the stars, is one of the most enjoyable experiences at the home. The pool alarms on the sliding doors are there for the protection of the children. They can be annoying at first but, after a short while you get used to simply pushing the bypass button as you go out the door. Our guest have come to appreciate the level of safety this provides for the all children, even those visiting without children appreciate our attention to detail and understand the need for these alarms. Most all of our guest return for future visits and we will certainly look forward to seeing you again. Our best regards to you and your family.

Fun and Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family, ranging from 2 to 72 years of age, spent 7 days very much enjoying this SPACIOUS home. We found it to be very clean, comfortably arranged and the kitchen is well equipped. The private back yard was a true joy having a beautiful pool and spa, green grass, BBQ grille and relaxing outdoor furniture. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions and we felt confident and comfortable doing business with him. The great Anthem park and close by shopping certainly makes this home a wonderful place to stay and a base for all the activities and attractions in Phoenix and the surrounding area. Our family is hoping to spend time there again in 2012.

It is in beautiful condition and the yard is even larger than it appears in the photographs. There was quite a large group of us, but the house is so spacious that it never seemed crowded at all. The house is on a quiet street but within walking distance of several restaurants, Safeway and other stores. The community park nearby is extensive and very relaxing with many sports facilities, ponds, ducks, small train, playground, etc. Anthem is north but the location worked well for us. We didn't get too much use of the pool as the weather was cool during our week but we certainly enjoyed the hot tub. The owner, Kevin, was responsive and accomodating and a real pleasure to deal with. All in all, we were really pleased with the home and spent a very enjoyable and comfortable week there. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The shopping center, restaurants, golf course, etc. were conveniently located within walking distance. The swimming pool and Spa were in beautiful condition and made for wonderful refreshing plunges in the mornings and very relaxing afternoons and into the evenings. The kid safety features are excellent. You just need to take a few minutes when you 1st arrive to understand how they work, so you are not constantly setting them off accidently. The Master bedroom and bath are elegant and a perfect place to get away from the crowd. The Office has all the hookups necessary for high speed internet, Fax and printing. The freeway has easy access with many things to see in the area. We especially enjoyed Montezuma’s Castle and Well, 60 miles North on I-17. This was a wonderful vacation home for the whole family and Kevin was great to work with and honest and fair in all his dealings. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and relatives and be staying again in the future. What a lovely home this is. The house was more than we expected. It was clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated. We were more than satisfied with our stay in this lovely home. My husband and I, along with my daughter and 2 grandchildren fell in love with our vacation home away from home. The house was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Shopping, family restaurants, cleaners and almost anything else you might think of was conveniently located within a miles radius. Having continuous access to our own private swimming pool made for great relaxation during the afternoons and evenings. Kevin was great and responded immediately to our questions and concerns. We were on a budget and this rental allowed all of us to enjoy beautiful accomodations for much less than we might have spent on hotel rooms. Access to I-17 made travel into and out of Phoenix and the surrounding areas simple and quick. What a wonderful experience! We'd certainly recommend this home to friends and relatives who plan to vacation in the area. This home is a home away from home. Our family of six was so comfortable. The home is well taken care of and has every amenity you could ever need. The pool and spa was so wonderful with beautiful landscaping. It is located in a wonderful community close to all stores. Kevin was wonderful to work with. We will definately be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Anthem and in the house. It was well appointed with all the comforts of home, plus a beautiful pool and spa. We enjoyed the yard and the horseshoe pit. Plenty of room for 4 adults and bedrooms offered great privacy. Eveything was clean, well taken care of and well stocked. The location of this house is great for access to shopping, dining and the highway. Well worth the drive from the airport. We would rent again and have shared your link with friends and family. "Wow!", was our first impressions of this beautifully presented holiday home in Anthem. This place has everything a family could hope for (even a kettle for the British!!) we travelled from Liverpool in England with 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers and we couldn't of been happier with our choice of accomodation. The pool area is sublime, fun for the kids in the day and a place of sanctuary for the adults at night!! enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub at midnight will be one of my most treasured memories. The bedrooms were great spacious and very clean, dining area and kitchen ALMOST tempting enough to want to throw a dinner party or two, and the TV area with the huge screen was a highlight for the teenagers. Everything was made for a fantastic holiday, we would recommend this property to all families of all ages. Thank you once again Kevin for a wonderful stay.
