Wondeful beach

We spent a week at this condo. The beach was beautiful and our room was clean and very well maintained. The weather was rainy but we still had a great time. Redhook was fun and everyone we met was friendly and we even had employees who were heading out give us rides to town. Wow what an experience

Paradise - 2011

We have been vacationing in STT since 1993 when we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our honeymoon there in 1968. Lots of changes.. but Sapphire beach has become our favorite place to stay over the past few years. Renting thru VRBO is great and our recent experience deserves some praise. The resort itself needs some help but the owners and condos offered make up for the difference. View of Paradise is exactly that. We woke up each morning to the beautiful beach landscape that was our "home" for 2 weeks. Our condo was centrally located to the beach and pool area, very clean and well cared for with everything included to eat in or take out. Since there is only a small snack hut on the beach for sandwiches and drinks, Red Hook is just a 6 min drive down the road. It has a wide variety of restaurants and 2 food markets close by. Prices are a bit higher than state side- but then you are in vacation mode. A car is helpful - gives you the freedom to move around and but taxi's are readily available. The added beach chair rentals, snorkel equipment and floaties arranged by our owner were a major plus since the resort charges for each of these items on a hourly/daily basis. Some renters were unhappy when they were charged $7/day to sit on a lounge chair!! The beach area is one of the best on the island and we snorkeled daily to see the vast array of colorful fish, turtles and rays right off the shoreline. Visiting children seemed very happy too!. Ferry service to St. John and the BVI is also available in Red Hook and we recommend taking the ride, you never know when you will be back. Our caretaker and the housekeeper made sure we were well supplied with fresh towels and linens during our stay. The biggest problem we had was coming home- we never want to leave. Many thanks to our owner for sharing his piece of paradise with us. We hope to be back soon!!

My husband and I decided to take our first vacation in St Thomas. We first try to reserve our condo through third party provider and realized that the flights we being put at were flights with transfers. We figured that we will have to loose 2 days on travel to get to the island plus we had to pay a lot of money per night. Our friend has recommended us to try VRBO where owners rent out their condos. We did try and did not regret. We were very hesitant in the beginning but the owner of View of Paradise was honest and everything has worked out the way it was explained to us. Our condo was clean and had fantastic view of the beach. The service we have been provided with was very professional. We certainly will recommend this condo to our friends and family because its value and overall experience. Thank you very much, Debrah

We had fabulous time on the island. The beach o the beach is just great. Our condo had everything we needed. We had our meals at the deck which was very convenient for us. Michael ( the owner of the condo) helped us to get the answers for all of our questions. Cannot wait to come back!!!

We had great time in Caribbean and the condo worked out well for us!!! Sam was very helpful and was always there for us. Dealing with Michael was very easy and somehow he managed to respond to our inquiries almost instantly. Location of the condo is perfect. Great view.

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT YOUR CONDO ON BEAUTIFUL SAPHIRE BCH. IT SUITED MY HUSBAND & I, & OUR 10 YR OLD NEPHEW PERFECTLY AND WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR WEEK STAY. SOME OF THE BEST SNORKLING ON THE ISLAND WE FOUND RIGHT FROM THE BEACH, IN FRONT OF THE CONDOS. ALSO, THE CONDO LOCATION WAS PERFECT. EASY ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING & THE FERRY AT RED HOOK. YOUR CONDO WAS EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED & MORE, & AT THE BEST PRICE OF ALL OTHERS OFFERED! THANK YOU AGAIN & WE LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE VACATIONS!
