This very comfortable Cape Cod is perfect for all ages! Located within a short walk to the lagoon and set back from the quiet dirt road, you can experience true relaxation! Enjoy hiking on public trails, kayaking/boating in the lagoon, biking on the bike path into Edgartown or Oakbluffs or taking a quiet walk along the water to the Art Cliff Diner for brunch!
This house has everything you need for a great vacation... just bring clothes and bathing suits. Linens, including beach towels and chairs, are provided. The kitchen has everything needed and even a Weber gas grill on the large new deck that is perfect for entertaining! There is built-in seating in addition to patio furniture.
The new, large outdoor shower is heavenly, especially at night under the stars! Add some music and candlelight for maximum relaxation. If there is a chill in the air, continue relaxing in front of a crackling fire in the living room.
This house is close to the ferry and downtown Vineyard Haven where great shopping abounds. It is centrally located between Gayhead, Oakbluffs and Edgartown allowing you to see the whole island easily. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
