Sunny Beaches and cool ocean breezes await you at Margate Tower. This new luxurious condominium is located in Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. More than 2500 square feet with 7 rooms and huge wrap-around balcony that exhibits gorgeous ocean and plantation views that can be enjoyed anytime, day or night.
This luxury condo is beautifully furnished complete with all entertainment and conveniences of home, including 6 flat screen TVs, phones and ceiling fans throughout the entire unit.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom portray oceanfront views, and the third bedroom consists of ocean and plantation views. The fourth bedroom (kid's room) does not portray any views for your kids safety.
Smoking is not permitted. No pets or motorcycles are allowed in the resort. Additional pictures are available by email request.
For reservations outside of 120 days, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of arrival, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. A valid credit card is required as security for damages. No charges will be made without contacting the renter first. All furnishings, equipment, amenities are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be allowed due to these changes.

Our stay at the Margate 1907 was truly fantastic. My husband, 4 children, mom, dad and I rented this condo in April of 2011. This condo is just beautiful; the views breathtaking! We were extremely impressed with how clean and comfortable this unit is. You truly feel surrounded by luxury. Rodney is great to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We visited Myrtle Beach over Spring Break week. To our surprise the beaches are so big and beautiful - they never felt crowded. The condo itself was very peaceful and quiet. Honestly the best vacation we ever had. We hope to visit again very soon! I have finally found the perfect location to stay in North Myrtle Beach. I have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach for years, and now after staying at the Kingston Plantation the Margate Tower; I will never stay anywhere else. The condominium was clean, sanitary, and very luxurious. The location is perfect for families, or just for a quiet get-away. The Margate Tower’s staff are very friendly, and helpful to any of your needs. If you ever get the opportunity to stay at the Margate Tower, you will never forget the five star atmosphere, along with the at home feeling of comfort. I can’t wait to vacation here again, and defiantly recommend you give it a try; you won’t have any regrets.
