Our Cottage can be rented one of three ways.
* 3 Bedroom cottage with 3 full baths Sleep 11
* 2 Bedroom Ocean View Cottage with 2 full bath Sleeps 8
* 1 Bedroom Lakeside Cottage with 1 full Bath Sleeps 2-3
If you rent the cottage as the Ocean View Cottage or Lakeside Cottage, you'll still have plenty of privacy from any other guests. Different entrances and views.
We welcome pets of all sizes and types and they'll have a great holiday with their human buddies!
Some more details on our home...Looking out from the living room of Ocean View Cottage, you will be mesmerized by the ocean view of Linekin Bay. Step through the French doors to the 30 foot deck which flanks the entire length of the cottage. It’s the perfect setting for outdoor living, grilling a steak or feasting on lobster from the pound that is only 5 minutes away. Indoors the dining room seats 8 and the large kitchen is well-equipped. Spend evenings playing games or doing puzzles while enjoying music or movies on the cable TV with surround sound and DVD.
Each bedroom has abundant closet and dresser space as well as a private bathroom and windows that assure good nighttime breezes. The Cottages were recently redecorated, making them even fresher, brighter and airier with all the touches you would expect in a Maine cottage. The two bedrooms with private baths make it ideal for couples traveling together or families.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak Summer Weeks from Mid June thru Labor Day require 7 night stay.
Other times of the year require only a 2 night stay.
Pricing is based on length of stay and the time of year.
$100 pet fee for up to two pets. Additional pet fee may apply to others
7% Maine Lodging Tax No Reservation Fee
Cottages are closed on Oct 15th and re-open Mid April
5% Discount for military and educators!
Rates from $600 to $1400 per week depending on cottage and season
