Enjoyed this condo extremely. View of ocean is excellent. Condo was well stocked with everything anyone would need or wish for. Owners were so helpful in all the arrangements. Would indeed stay in this unit again and would recommend it highly to others. Kingston Plantation is a lovely property and North Hampton with the private pool, hot tub etc is like home away from home. We felt so safe and pampered by the amenities.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Rented this condo on short notice. We had stayed on the Kingston Plantation properties before but this was by far our favorite condo! Designed and decorated so nicely, you can tell it has really been taken care of! The owners were wonderful to speak with and really cared to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The condo was well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for a week's stay! The owner's supplied lots of kitchen utensils (cookware, pots/pans, plates, cups, silverware), towels and wash clothes, and bedding! Even had soaps and dish detergent for the sinks! The only complaint was there was no extra toilet paper (which is understandable) but we didn't catch this until late our first night after we had already made our Wal Mart run! lol The condo is located on beautiful property with pools close in every direction. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is rarely crowded (as compared to hotel stays in downtown myrtle beach). Also, we were impressed with how secure the building was. You couldn't get in the building w/out a key and there was always a security guard around 24/7. We had teenagers with us and felt safe letting them go to the pool by themselves as we could easily keep an eye on them from our balcony. Also, had a 2 yr old who loved the pool and its closeness made it so easy when she got tired and we needed to get back to the room. I can't recommend this place enough! Loved staying here and can't wait to come back!!!!

A Great Vacation

We had a memorable and wonderful vacation in N. Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean, which is very important to us. We also appreciate the ease and prompt communication between ourselves and the owner. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

My dissatisfaction with this condo

I would never stay at this condo again nor recommend it to anyone. The number one reason being we were held responsible for breaking a stool that someone else had broke. We did not think we needed to report it because we assumed the cleaning crew or owner knew it already. There were numerous things that were broke in this apartment and things that did not work. We took time out of our trip to fix two of the items. One being the balcony door on the 16th floor did not lock and the tub did not drain. The ice maker did not work. The apartment furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture we had ever sat on. We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment and spent several hours cleaning it once we arrived. The refrigerator was left dirty and we cleaned it out prior to getting settled in. We also cleaned the floors which looked like they had not been swept. If you want to have a hassle free vacation don't stay here. You may be accused of something someone else did. Hope the owners do not treat anyone else this way. The owner was very rude and inpersonable. We were accused of things we did not do.

Owner response:Susan's husband arrived early and met my cleaning crew. He told my cleaning people how nice the condo looked and how clean everything was. They allowed him to check in earlier than my usual 4 PM check in time. I happened to be in town the day Susan and her family checked out and decided to check my condo along with the cleaning crew. I like everything to be clean and in working order and occasionally check myself when people check out. I was shocked, as one of the bar stools lay broken in the middle of the living room floor. There were magic marker stains on one of the living room chairs and grape juice stains on the bedroom bedspreads. My cleaning crew said it was the dirtiest they had ever seen the condo upon check out. The above experience report is Susan's attempt to get back at me for not returning her damage deposit which she threated she would do if I didn't return the deposit. I take great pride in keeping my condo in excellent condition. It now has new appliances and new bedding. The sliding door always worked. It's very upsetting to see a guest turn in such a malicious experience report because I held them accountable for abusing my condo. I have rented my condo for more than 5 years and Susan is one of 2 families I have ever had a problem with. I have many renters who return year after year because the condo is kept very clean and enjoy renting from me.

I have stayed at this condo for the past two years. My family loves the condo and the property. We plan on staying again next year. The condo has always been clean, very nicely decorated, and a beautiful view. The owners are very personable. They recognize my name, and appreciate my business as well. I would recommend this property. The location couldn't be better!

Nice Condo to spend extended vacation

This Condo is in the building North Hampton in Kingston Plantation. The condo is spacious and very nice. there are two split bedrooms with good size. There is very nice view from the baloney of the Ocean as well as the Pool areas of Hilton Hotel.
