This townhome is an end unit beautifully decorated, located in the BEST LOCATION AT Emerald Island Resort. 200 ft. away from the club house and all amenities. Pool, spa, volley ball court, Basket Ball courts, cyber cafe, fitness center, tiki bar, tennis, game room and children's play area.

My home is perfectly located close to the club house and surrounded by large palm trees and lush landscaping. With the blinds open in the living room have lots of windows and natural light that gives you that open air feeling like you're outdoors.

This home is very spacious sleeps 10 people very comfortably. Large living room, with 32 inch television, and DVD player. Dining room seats 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water.

Microwave, stove & oven. All small appliances, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, etc. pots and pans dishes, utensils, silverware dish towels and everything you would need in your own kitchen. A laundry room with washer , dryer iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms include one king size suite with full bath and balcony and a 20 inch Television and VCR. One room with two single beds, one room with a full size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This home provides everything that you could want to make a perfect vacation home a way from home.

This home has all of the amenities needed of a upscale hotel but not the price and includes all the comforts of home.

WATCH FOR LOW SEASON AND LAST MINUTE SPECIALS AS LOW AS $80/NIGHT.

To book a reservation will require a $200 non refundable deposit. The balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations for less than 5 nights will be charged a $75 cleaning fee. There is a 13% tourist tax added to the rate total.

  • Awesome place for a family vacation!!! The Condo was very clean and nice. It is a great place at a great location with a great price!!! It was a short drive from all the parks. Management was in top of all my needs. I noticed the garbage disposal was not working and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Plus the owner of the Condo was amazing!!! She was available for any question I had and replied to all my e-mails right away. Next time I am in Orlando, Florida I will definelty stay here again :)

  • One Word Describes This Resort! BEAUTIFUL. Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. It was very spacious, clean and extremely close to the pool and clubhouse.   • This condo is in a great location. It is only about 5 minutes from Disney and has many restaurants and stores nearby. The clubhouse is extremely close - almost out the back door. The interior was clean and it had all of the amenities of home! We had a wonderful vacation there and hope to come back again sometime.
