Our newly remodeled oceanfront condo, located in the exclusive Cayman Kai neighborhood at Rum Point, Grand Cayman, is the perfect setting for that quiet, relaxing vacation on a white sand beach.
Our condo sleeps 4-6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air, pool, porch, cable TV, DVD, CD, stereo, wireless high-speed internet access, beautiful decorating, washer, dryer, sofa/sleeper and complete kitchen.
You will love the beautiful ocean view from our condo. Walk out the front door and you are right on the beach. Park your chair under the palm trees and relax in the gentle ocean breezes. Take an early morning walk on the beach with a fresh cup of coffee or enjoy swimming and snorkeling in front of the condo. Walk next door to Rum Point's Wreck Bar and Grill to enjoy beachside lunches and drinks or visit Kaibo Yacht Club for lunch or dinner. Boat trips, snorkeling and dive trips, sunset dinner cruises, and trips to Sting Ray City can be booked at Red Sail Sports next door at Rum Point. At Sting Ray City you can feed and play with the stingrays right in the middle of the ocean in three feet of water.

Took my family on their first trip to the Carribean last month and Rum Point was perfect for us. It was peaceful and beautiful. You enjoy a private beach, but can walk around the corner for food and fun in just minutes. We explored all parts of the island, but we were always happy to return to the condo at the Retreat. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was easy and pleasant to work with. So was her property manager. We would definitely go back. I wish I was still there now!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The listing description is says it all. This was the best vaction I've ever had. The people of Cayman are wonderful and make you feel so welcome. From the beautiful sun sets to white sugar sand on your own private beach, Sea Breeze is the perfect spot. Lots of water sports and places to see. But my favorite was just basking in the sun and watching the world go by. Once you stay at Sea Breeze you will want to go back many more times.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are currently at Sea Breeze - Rum Point - in Grand Cayman. Our first trip to the island. This is a fantastic spot. This unit is very well furnished - everything you need. We have eaten about half of our meals here but restaurants are close by. The view is great. Quiet - peaceful - and of course - that Sea Breeze as soon as you open the door. The drive to Georgeteown - 45 minutes . We visited 7 Mile Beach and are so very glad to be here. We have snorkeled right out our door! Fantastic. Definitely a come back and do it over vacation....Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is lovely, very clean and well furnished. It is a quiet and relaxing part of the island. The beach is right out the patio door with a spectacular view of the ocean. There are restaurants nearby or you can have a quiet dinner in the condo and enjoy the view.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What an amazing vacation!!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owner and the folks who oversee the condo were lovely to work with and talk to. The location is amazing. We snorkeled every day at Rum Point and took trips to the Turtle Farm, Stingray City, Devils Grotto and SMB. There is so much to do and see on the whole island but it was so wonderful to return to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere that Sea Breeze offers. . Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this wonderful spot!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent eight nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Lots of towels. The location is away from the crowds and very peaceful. It's breezy most of the time. The lanai was great for dinner and early morning. Great sunsets & views of the ocean. Nice pool w/ decent shade including palm tree overhead. The unit is very close to the ocean, perhaps 100 feet. Some of the best snorkeling was right outside the unit...saw lobsters, squid, barracuda, grunts, anglefish, starfish and many more.....Short walk to Rum Point for food, water sports, drinks, hammocks, snorkeling, boating, etc... Enjoyed fresh made fruit shakes from a stand on the south coast road a little west of the light house restaurant. Went on a boat trip snorkeling w/ three stops from near 7 mile beach for just $25/pp US...kissed the sting rays... Snorkeled at several spots around the island and the only one I'd go back to is cemetery beach on 7 mile beach.. Lots of wildlife on the island. In addition to all the fish & crustacions we saw thousands of crabs, iguanas in the bushes and a few big ones dashing across the road, peacocks, chickens wandering lose all over..... The kids went on a moonlight kayak trip....it rained...but they said it made the bioluminescent stuff light up much more than normal. The natives were all very friendly and helpful when asked....unlike other places we've been where we've experienced resentment.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
