Amenities include championship golf, multi-surface tennis courts, five swimming pools, fresh water lakes and 2000 feet of private, sugar white sand beach with emerald water. Seascape has private beach access and private parking is available if you prefer to drive the short distance to the beach. Our spacious condo (one of only four in the building) is located in a quiet area on the first floor surrounded by pines, evergreens, azaleas and a large grassy area off the patio that is great for your kids to play on. For your convenience we provide a beach umbrella and chairs for your use.
The living room features a brand new lush and comfortable sofa, loves eat, and recliner from which to enjoy a 27-inch color television with cable and DVD player. Double sliding glass doors from the living and dining rooms open onto a spacious patio where you can enjoy breakfast or afternoon games at the table and chairs or relax with a book on the porch swing. The unit also comes with wireless high speed Internet access.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, new electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. It is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware and the adjacent dining area seats six at a large table. We also offer a charcoal grill for grilling the wonderful fresh local seafood.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large dresser, nightstands, and color television with cable. There is a private master bath with walk-in shower and large closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a bath across the hall. All bed and bath linens are provided. A washer and dryer are available in the breezeway outside the condo.
Seascape is conveniently located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall and Destin Commons which features a movie theater, great retail stores and restaurants. Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin is located nearby and offers many outdoor events and fantastic restaurants. You will find many wonderful places to eat in the area that offer fresh local seafood, steaks, Italian food, and Cajun food, plus many more choices.
Seascape is the perfect place for an exciting, relaxing vacation. It is peaceful and beautifully landscaped with quiet roads for walking or biking. There is something here for everyone whether it is enjoying the beautiful beach and emerald water, golfing, tennis, fishing, shopping, or just relaxing in the condo.
