  My family and I just returned from a great vacation at your cottage. It was our first trip to the 30A area, and we absolutely loved it. The cottage was beautifully furnished and had just enough room for our family. We especially liked the layout which had the bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was also close to the neighborhood pool which was convenient. The cottage was a short walk to the beach which was gorgeous. We will definatley be back!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  This unit is located in the Magnolia Cottages Area. It is a neighborhood right behind their condos with brick streets and beautiful foliage/lanscaping. It is about a five minute walk to the beach access and right across from the pool as stated. The house is beautiful and does look exactly like the photos. There is room for two vehicles to park in driveway, otherwise you would need to use the street. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was the first time I did not bring cookware. It is a quiet area which seems to be family oriented. It was also calm at night. There were no parties I was aware of. There were no cars/trucks racing up and down the streets anytime. I LOVE that the unit has a NORMAL Large Capacity Washer & Dryer and not that washer/dryer on top of each other set up where you can only wash two towels at a time! The owners are wonderful and answer any questions no matter how many or how often. We rented bikes from Snappy Turtles for $45 per week which is one of the better deals & chairs from Shane. His magnet is on the fridge. Very nice young man. You can get two chairs and an umbrella for $20 a day. Many families brought tents, umbrellas, and their own chairs to the beach. The beach is beautiful. 4 flights of stairs, not to bad to scale up or down. Go to the left at the bottom of the stairs. The right side is a private beach and they have a young man there who will nicely tell you to move. We had plenty of room even so. You can also rent Kayaks at the bottom of the stairs on calm days. ALL the restaurants are great in Seaside,(maybe six to seven miles away). We like Bud & Allys sweet potatoe fries. Go at Lunch, much cheaper than dinner. Pickles has great burgers and some of the best FRIED PICKLES going. Publix is fairly close as well. We stayed almost two weeks this time and had the most relaxing experience ever. I never got tired of the beach. It was clean, the water was emerald green, no flies, seaweed, jellyfish, and always a constant breeze. May is a good month to go. Again I highly recommend this cottage and this beach!

  We could not be more pleased with our stay. We plan to be back for sure. We will go out of our way to stay at this property and with these owners/managers. My wife commented a number of times how nice and clean the property was. A fine clean house, nice pool, great beach access and proximity - All good!

  What a great cottage! It truly exceeded our expectations. The room sizes were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We had a total of 6 people in our party and we had room to spare. The cottage was very clean and well-maintained, just like the pictures! The location was fabulous and the beach and water were absolutely beautiful. Although, this area is fairly secluded and quiet, it's situated between Panama City Beach and Destin, so there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment nearby. It provides the best of both worlds. This was one of our most relaxing vacations. It was our first time staying in the 30A area, but the whole family agrees it should be our new yearly vacation spot! We can't wait to be back! Thanks for letting us stay in your fantastic vacation home!

  If you're looking for a great house by the beach, look no further! This is a beautifully furnished new house perfectly located between the beach & the pool. We enjoyed our recent vacation here & the house far surpassed our expectations! The price was very fair & the area & beaches spectacular! :)
