Beautiful Beach Cottage off scenic Highway 30A in award winning Magnolia by the Sea neighborhood, just steps from a private beach access and across from the heated pool. It is located between Rosemary Beach on the east and Seacrest on the west. Destin is a 35 minute drive to the west, and Panama City is a 20 minute drive to the East. The home is a "Pottery Barn" Style Cottage with a typical Florida style reversible floor plan as is found in many Rosemary Beach homes. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the upstairs living area is a large open area with a pecky cypress vaulted ceiling, two porches, a half bath, and a full kitchen. There is a flat screen T.V. and stereo system upstairs with built in ceiling speakers in the living area as well as in the master bedroom. There is cable T.V. as well as wireless Internet.
The Master bedroom has it's own porch and walk in large tiled shower and a queen bed, along with a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and one has a queen bed and the other two twins. There is also a hall bunk area with built in bunk beds, each with their own reading light. Brand new premium mattresses on each bed. Each bedroom has it's own T.V with cable. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING AND NON-PET RENTAL. Not rented to anyone under age 28.

If you're looking for a great house by the beach, look no further! This is a beautifully furnished new house perfectly located between the beach & the pool. We enjoyed our recent vacation here & the house far surpassed our expectations! The price was very fair & the area & beaches spectacular! :)
