Has completely equipped kitchen, 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths. Living room has sofa bed that opens to a queen-sized bed. Has private balcony overlooking the adjacent Salt Ponds Preserve. Sufficient parking space close to the unit.

Within walking distance from the airport, Smathers Beach, seaside hiking or running. Minutes away from Duval Street.

    • We had a wonderful time in Key West. The condo satisfied all our needs. We found several small appliances not functioning along with the phone. We called the office and within an hour everything was repaired.

    • Thank you, Lourdes, for allowing us the use of your condo while my girlfriend and I were in the Keys. We had 5 wonderful days there. The condo and all of the surrounding property was clean and very well kept. We especially liked having the small grocery store on the property. I have already told family and friends about our stay and since my husband wasn't able to make this trip we are definitely going to use your place in the near future.

    • This place was just brillant we had 3 great nights here from 30/6/09 TO 3/7/09 and i could not say a bad thing about the place. We would have no problem in booking this condo again. I would like to thank Lourdes for letting us use her condo and for all her help with our visit.

    • Fantastic!! We were a party of 4 adults. There was plenty of room and the space allowed for privacy for each couple. Quiet atmosphere with a nice view from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans and televisions in each room. Wonderful value and will look up this listing for future visits to Key West.

    • My husband and I normally travel to Key West alone, but for this trip, we brougt my daughter and her best friend. Since we got such a good price and the condo sleeps 6, we brought along my mom and friend who have never been to beautiful Key West. To say the mini, last-minute vacation was perfect would be an understatement. The condo was great. It was clean, roomey and totally private. There was pretty much everything there I needed to cook for the 6 of us. The money we saved on being able to cook and eat there comfortabley saved enough to justify another trip soon to the keys. The bathrooms were large, the beds comfy, the closet huge and the balcony big enough for all 6 of us to sit out there at once (side by side). Overall, this is a great place to stay and I have already sent emails to friends and family with this units info for future stays.
