I can't thank Lourdes enough. This Condo was perfect for us and saved us so much money. Very quiet and peaceful on the Atlantic side of the island. Property is very clean and very well maintained. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, we often had it to ourselves too! Parking was plentiful which helped since we had two cars. We loved sitting on the balcony at night while having some cocktails. You can't go wrong here, working with the owner, Lourdes was fantastic. She is very helpful and very prompt with replies to your questions. Thank you so much once again Lourdes for a great 8 days in paradise!!!

We had such a great stay at this condo, Lourdes was a pleasure to work with- always prompt emails, communication was perfect. Condo was spacious and full kitchen was a plus! Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and clean. Front Desk staff was supurb!! So friendly, also very helpful when we called and wanted to rent bikes. Pool was a good size and parking was convenient. Distance from duval street is on other side of island but was an easy drive with our car. Parking near duval street was no problem at all. We actually favored being a little ways away from duval because it gets so hectic at night down there...Overall very pleased with our stay!

The area was nice but we Wern't very pleased with the condo. Chairs in living room were not very Comfortable. Pillows were not very fresh. Toilet in master bathroom had orange liquid dried on it and did not look very nice. Toilet in master bathroom had a lot of cracks in it and looked terrible. The lanai Had cobwebs and dirt outside. Not very pleasant out there. Dishwasher would not shut off and no clocks in bedrooms.

Great stay on short notice

We were in a pinch when our plans fell thru to stay with a friend in Key West. I am a big fan of HomeAway and crossed my fingers and hoped to find a place with less than a week until our vacation. I posted a request and the owner was kind enough to call me directly. We were able to enjoy this lovely 2 bedroom/bath condo and were very happy during our stay. There was not problem with parking our car and the distance to the end of Key West could not have been more than 2 miles. We will attempt to book this condo again on future trips.

January in Key West

We chose the Keys in particular because it would have the warmest, most consistent weather to be found in the US in January and were not disappointed. The condo was located perfectly for us, away from the action for relaxation but close enough to get wherever we wanted in less than 30 minutes (driving). Our two favourite things about this rental were the heated pool and the balcony. The pool was large and warm and the pool area had lots of seating (sun and shade) and was impeccably kept. We loved the balcony because we could eat all our meals out there and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible (important, when you come from the frozen north). We also enjoyed the proximity to the ocean walk, being able to walk for miles without worrying about traffic. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Rooms are as pictured. Walkin closet in master bedroom had room for clothes and suitcase storage which was appreciated. For 2 of the 4 weeks we had our daughter and son in law with us and having the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living space gave us sufficient privacy. We would recommend it to others but not for more than 4 people unless some are children. There is only seating for 4 at the breakfast bar or at the balcony table. Also the living room is not that large. We found the resort staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Anything we requested (towels, linens, dishwasher soap) was delivered in a timely manner. We found area restaurants and grocery stores to be reasonably priced for a resort area. A favourite restaurant was the Hogfish Bar and Grill on Stock Island, probably less than 10 minutes away. All in all, we had a great experience and are considering returning next January.

Great Vacation

We spent 4 nights at this condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo is exactly as the pictures and description portray. Very nice for two couples or a small family. Great pool area. It is on the other side of the island from Duval Street which is nice if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of that area. However, keep in mind you have to drive back after partying the night away. I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very accommodating. My only complaint is the cookware in the kitchen is not the best. Pots and pans are old so it was inconvenient to cook a meal. Other than that, we had a great vacation.

For the second straight year we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condocomplex is located in a quiet section of Key West and near the beach front. The condo complex is spacious and well landscaped with a very nice swimming pool. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with updated furniture. The kitchen also is well equipped. There is ample parking and elevators. We did not have any problems and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner. Our dog, Lillie, enjoyed lying on the balcony while we had breakfast. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This condo was perfect!! It was clean and right near the water. I loved the fact that it was dog friendly and the staff was extremey helpful. Its just a few minutes from Duval st which was very convient. It had plenty of parking. The condo was spacious and had many useful ammenties, such as a full kitchen, gym, and a heat swimming pool. I am defitnely booking her again for my next vacation!!!

This condo was perfect for our Key West vacation. We were traveling with 2 large dogs & they thoroughly enjoyed there time here.The listing described everything accurately & we found everything we needed. We liked the fact that it was close to the Conch Train terminal & we used it to take us into Downtown Key West. We ate @ 2 of the restaurants nearby, Kahoots & Denny's. The staff was polite and helpful, suggesting a pizza parlor for our 1st dinner! We do believe the mandatory towel fee was a bit steep because we use our towels more than once to help preserve water. We LOVED our time in Key West!

The condo has a good location, but you'll need a car. The pool/jacuzzi is very nice, allthough a little bit hot, but better too hot than too cold. The beds are of a good comfortable size. The condo has a good size and layout, but you can see it has been used for sometime. Nevertheless we (2 adults and 2 younger children) had a great time at the condo and would really book it again and would recommend it to other people.

This was a great place especially for two couples. When you consider what two motel rooms would cost this place was a bargain. It had everything you would need. Another Great Stay in Key West April 2011

This was our second stay at this unit. We were with a group of 14, age 50'ish, and with motorcycles in tow. Once again, this unit was perfect for what we needed. Always clean and comfortable, shared by 2 couples. The management office was accomodating and housekeeping was prompt when we needed supplies. We did not have any issues with airport noise or other noise. I can't imagine why anyone would have any complaints. When we return to Key West in 2013, we will plan to stay here again! This complex is great for a group like ours, having plenty of units, great parking (especially towing trailers like we were) and a convenient pool and grill area (we used both).

This was a short fishing trip to the Keys with my 2 sons. We fished out of Stock Island which was very close by. It was clean and served our needs very well. Didn't have time to use any amenities. If you want a great seafood dinner,the Rusty Anchor is close. Best Yellow Tail Snapper I have had.

The property was clean and had a nice pool and spa; however it was closed for maintenance a few days. The property offers limited views; mainly looking at another building directly out the balcony door. The one bed was extremely uncomfortable and the other bed and sofa were somewhat uncomfortable. Duval St is 5 miles away(about 40 dollars roundtrip in a taxi). This property is good for 1 or 2 days at the most. Keep looking around if you're to be staying in the area for a longer period of time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed there with our 3 children for a week in December and got everything we needed: 2 separate bedrooms with large bathrooms, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, heated pool and a hot tub (great for those couple of chilly evenings we got). It is a quiet location despite its proximity to the airport. It takes about 10 min to drive downtown and 5 min to the closest Publix - otherwise there is a small grocery store on the property. The resort staff was always helpful, easy check in and out. This was our first time renting a property directly from the owner but Lourdes made it very smooth and simple, she has been always very helpful! Look forward to coming back some time!

We found the suite to be perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults staying. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the suite, so you have privacy, and they each have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and was fully equipped. The heated pool was very enjoyable. The suite is located on the opposite side of Key West and the ever popular Duval street, that said, it only takes minutes to get to the other side. Smathers beach is very close by, with palm tree shaded areas and beach volleyball courts. There is plenty of activities to enjoy around the suite. We found the suite to be peaceful and enjoyable, and the owner is awesome too! I would definitely recommend this suite to everyone. We will be staying again.

The condo was nicely decorated with a kitchen for family meal planning. Fresh towels were delivered every day and the place was tidied up for us. We had a balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining, plus a bar with four bar stools in kitchen. The beds were comfortable. They offered a laundry room, fitness center, pool and spa, plus covered parking. We enjoyed our visit to Key West and this condo was reasonably priced compared to most of the other properties on the island. It was perfect for our family of five with the sleeper sofa, king bed, and queen bed. We were able to contact the office easily if we needed anything. They were very professional and helpful. My only negative was the kitchen lacked a broiler pan and a few bake pans for cooking. We were on a family budget and cooked our dinner meals at home. Seafood was great and we enjoyed cooking at night. Kitchen just needs a few more items like measuring cups and spoons, wine opener, etc. All and all the place was great.

Great time at the Sunrise Suites at Key West

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Key West and stay at your condo. The unit was clean and comfortable and very well located for our activities. We did not get to use any of the amenities since most of our short visit was sightseeing and eating in town, but the pool looked great and was very conveniently located. We would have preferred to have laundry facilities in the unit, but the central laundry room met our needs. We found the staff to be very friendly and very efficient. We were pleased to have Wi-Fi in our room, but the signal strength was weak so our connection was erratic and barely satisfactory.Our communication with the owner was excellent, One of the highlights of our visit was the Conch Train tour. Another was the famous sunset celebration at Mallory Square. We especially enjoyed a meal at the Shrimp Shack on Stock Island where we ate outside right at the dock with the shrimp boats.

We had a wonderful time in Key West. The condo satisfied all our needs. We found several small appliances not functioning along with the phone. We called the office and within an hour everything was repaired.

We visit Key West several times a year and this was not only the nicest place that we have stayed but also the most economical. The owners are extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We will be staying again.

Thank you, Lourdes, for allowing us the use of your condo while my girlfriend and I were in the Keys. We had 5 wonderful days there. The condo and all of the surrounding property was clean and very well kept. We especially liked having the small grocery store on the property. I have already told family and friends about our stay and since my husband wasn't able to make this trip we are definitely going to use your place in the near future.
