Located on a quiet country road, the home is tastefully decorated in a contemporary provencal style. The main level offers a central kitchen and dining area. Off the kitchen are two wings: on the main level of the north wing is the bright comfortable living area with hardwood floors and handcrafted iron French doors overlooking the pool and garden. On the second level is a queen en-suite bedroom and full bath accessed via staircase from the living area.
The main level of the south wing provides a bedroom with two twin beds and a corner shower/sink area. On this level you will also find a toilet room and laundry room. On the second level of this south wing is the master en-suite bedroom accessed via circular staircase. The sunny master bedroom offers a king bed, exposed wood beams and beautiful views of the mountains and vineyards.
The house is located approximately 2 km from the center of Bedoin, a picturesque perched village, typical of the region. Bedoin is a colorful town providing charming restaurants and shops and a bustling outdoor market every Monday morning. It also boasts one of the biggest and most diverse forests of France. Located just at the base of the spectacular Mont Ventoux with an elevation of almost 2,000 m., the town is an ideal base for hiking, nature walks, and cycling both on mountain trails and roads. The tourist office of Bedoin can provide information and organized hikes for those who are interested.
The grounds of the property are completely enclosed, as is the pool area, making it an ideal rental for families with young children. An outdoor kitchen/BBQ area make for an enjoyable afternoon by the pool.
