This place was incredible! Bigger and better than I expected. The owner always got right back to me by email and was very pleasant. The place was spotless and beautiful. The downstairs is completely private with 2 bedrooms along with a game room and a bathroom. We never heard them downstairs playing games until 2am! The snow was gorgeous. We went downshill skiing at Burke, snowshoeing and also pulled our 5 year old grandson around in a sled. He was thrilled with the bunkbed and the scoobydoo sheets! The kitchen is set for cooking for a large group. I highly recommend this place. It is in a gorgeous section of Vermont.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We rented this home for the weekend of our son's wedding. The home was exactly as described in the ad. The layout of the bedrooms and all the rooms were planned perfectly for our extended family of fifteen. The children enjoyed the whole downstairs for themselves while the grown ups visited in the cozy and spacious combination living room, dining room, and kitchen. The owners quickly returned all my emails and were more than willing to help us with anything we needed. We have recommend this property to friends of ours and we plan to return to the area in the future and will definitely rent this home again. East Burke is a darling town and the area was brilliant in fall color. We will have wonderful lasting memories of our experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a fabulous time. The house was clean and spacious. Well maintained. All amenities. Great "cooks" kitchen. A great value, especially if you are traveling with multiple families. Owner had fantastic customer service. He was easy to stay in touch with. Our security deposit was quickly returned. Nestled in beautiful Burke Mt. A must see !!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We rented this house for a weekend, and were very happy with it. We brought three families, with 11 people total, and we fit into the house well. The description was clear, the beds were comfy, the heat was terrific, it was right at the mountain, all really nice. The owner stepped in right away when needed and called a neighbor to fix a beeping smoke detector when we first arrived. It's a very modern house, and the price seemed very fair to us. I'd recommend it highly.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
