Ocean front villa atop " THE BLUFFS " in north San Clemente. Set in a perfect location in this village by the sea, midway between Los Angeles and San Diego, just a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, shopping and fine restaurants. Panoramic white water views from Dana point on the north to San Clemente Pier and beyond on the south and Catalina island and San Clemente island straight ahead to the west.

Two bedroom suites (large master with fireplace), living room with a fireplace which opens to covered balcony, gourmet kitchen completely furnished with quality appointments, washer/dryer equipped and double car garage.
