  The owner was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Warm and inviting, the condo's fire heated the entire home. The beautiful pictures online, match the beauty within. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, with modern appliances, and with plenty of space for cooking. A bus stops right outside and circles to the ski lifts every thirty minutes. We loved this vacation spot and hope to return!

  The moment one walks in the door, the words to describe this place is "home away from home." Four comfortably lived in Raymond's condo for the week. The bus conveniently picks-up & drops-off in front of the condo. Ski's can be valet at Winter Park Resort. The slopes are for all levels of skiing, beginning, intermediate, to double diamond. During our visit a new bed was delivered for the master bedroom. So, future visitors will have the pleasure of this added pleasure. Very comfortable.

  My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for 4 nights in early February and we had an excellent time. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is situated about 5-7 minutes from the Winter Park ski resort. Parking was easy and getting to and from town was done with ease as well. The kitchen is well equipped~ we ended up cooking dinner for ourselves on two of the nights we were in town (Safeway is just down the street). I would certainly recommend staying in here if you are coming to Winter Park. It is cozy, clean, and perfect for a getaway. We will be back for sure!

  Clean, comfortable condo in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to town and across the street from the Fraser River Trail, which offers a nice summer walk or bike ride to the resort. Trail behind the building leads right to the clubhouse -- the pool and hot tubs were a nice bonus. The unit itself was spotless and nicely equipped. Raymond was great to work with. We'll remember this one for ski season.

  Have been meaning to get a review posted, so apologize for the delay. We came out for a few days of skiing/boarding for spring break this year. After reading others' reviews, we settled on this unit and we were not disappointed. Corresponding with the owner and confirming details prior to our stay was prompt and easy. The condo was very clean and well appointed for our stay. We had two adults and one teenager. The separate bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms worked very well and allowed everyone space at the end of some tiring days being on the mtn. We didn't use the kitchen for any cooking, but it appeared that everything you'd need was there. The main living space was perfect for our needs with large flat panel TV and fireplace. The WP shuttle service was reliable and convenient (2 stops are right outside the condo bldg). We took Amtrak to Fraser and didn't need or use a rental car during our stay. At night (during ski season), the shuttle acts as a taxi service (free - tips appreciated) to get you conveniently to the area's restaurants and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and in WP, and would most certainly recommend to others.

  We enjoyed our stay here very much. So much in fact that we will be back again in January. The owner was very easy to work with. The unit itself is in great shape! Very nice remodel done recently. The heated bathroom floors were great!!!

  Had a last-minute stay in Winter Park over Thanksgiving - the unit was clean and well appointed, very comfortable and quiet. The owner was excellent at communicating details and made us feel very welcome. Since ski/snowboard season has just gotten started, there were not very many other visitors but the shuttle bus picks up right outside of the door - the location could not be more convenient. Pool and hot tub area was also quite nice, you can borrow DVDs for a couple of bucks which is a nice touch. The TV was a little confusing - 3 remotes and we weren't able to figure out how to watch a movie, but it was not a big deal as we had a laptop. Since my own home has a similarly confusing array of remotes, I shouldn't complain. All in all a great place for a quick stay in the Winter Park area. Many thanks.

  The condo was wonderful! It was perfectly clean when we arrived. The fireplace and heated bathroom floors were great after skiing! The kitchen is full of everything you could need, so you are able to make dinners in (including chili in the crockpot). We will definitely be back!!
