We purchased this home because of the unique location on the 7th North hole and the 8th North tee with its fabulous golf, lake, and mountain views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, then totally remodeled and refurbished it with high-end appliances. Only 3 condos from the nearest pool and spa area. Golf membership, golf cart, and spa membership and ability to attend social events or have dinner at The Lakes Clubhouse.

My husband and I stayed here in April and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, immaculate and comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the sun, along with the view of the beautiful golf course. If you get too hot, there's a pool just a few steps away. The owner was incredibly helpful - we would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

I've had the chance to stay at many different properties in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. This unit is by far the most elegant and opulent of any I've stayed at. Top of the line everything. Clean, spotless, and recently remodeled. Not your normal "run down" rental. The owners were very prompt and helpful with any questions I had. Great people to work with. Excellent golf course with very friendly staff. I would not stay anywhere but here for my future trips to the desert.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
