The Unit offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. The project is across the street from restaurants, shopping, beauty salon, post office, drug store, marina (for rentals, sport fishing, tour boat availability), and an executive 18 hole golf course.
A wonderful movie theater, serving food, wine, and beer, is approximately 1/2 mile north of EBT, and a convenient Publix grocery is just minutes north of the condo project. One and a half miles south of EBT is Lovers Key State park, long known as one of the top ten beaches in Florida. EBT offers on-site heated swimming, tennis and shuffleboard courts, grills, laundry facilities, and covered lanais on the ground level.
Trolley service runs continuously in front of EBT, with stops at Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs Shopping Plaza, Lovers Key, and most all of Fort Myers Beach.
No pets permitted and no smoking allowed in unit.

Add 11% tax to basic rental fee and $75.00 for cleaning (fee waived for 2 or more
week rentals.) 25% Security Deposit to reserve unit/balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. A $100.00 Damage Deposit must be included w/ balance (fee returned upon
inspection.) No refunds for cancellation within 30 days of arrival.
