New 2008luxury beach house with ocean views, gorgeous 30' pool (Heated Optional), game room with pool and air hockey tables, and big screen LCD TV's. House will be available March 1, 2008. Currently being furnished with all new furniture and mattresses from Ashleys Furniture. Set back and enjoy your favorite program on the 42" LCD HDTV with DVD Home Theater System in your reclining sofas or rocking/reclining chairs in the 15' x 20' living room, or sit out on one of the four decks available either pool side or street side and enjoy the views of the ocean or our beautiful 30' pool. All rooms have 9' ceilings with wood floors and baths have 18" tile.
The two master suites have full walk in closets and the other three bedrooms have smaller walk in closets. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The entertainment room also has a wet bar and refrigerator. There is a separate washer/dryer room. This house is one of the nicest and most appealing at the beach with ceiling fans in every room! The house has 3350 square feet with two Trane 3 ton heat/AC units that keeps everyone very comfortable. Come down and relax, only 400' to beach, you will not be disappointed !
Golf cart also available $ 100 per week. Heated pool is $100 per week.
