Amazing summer vacation!

We were a group of 11 people and spent 2 beautiful weeks at the house. We had plenty of room and we did not feel crowded even in the kitchen. The kids & teens were super happy with the game room as well as the pool that kept them busy. I was amazed they did not say "I'm bored" once in the 2 weeks. Steve was always available right away if we needed something. I would definitely recommend to anyone to rent this house. Thank you for making our vacation fun & stress free.

This house is amazing and I could not have been more pleased with our experience. I was unsure about renting house that I found on the internet without seeing it in person; but Steve (the owner) made us feel comfortable from the start and the entire process went smoothly. We were on a golf trip with 12 guys and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped.

Our family was delighted with our experience at this lovely vacation home. The house is spacious and clean. People managing the property are very responsive and helpful. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend, great house for families with teens.

We stayed in this house July 2010 for the first time. It is a beautiful house, with plenty of space for everyone. We had 3 families with 4 children under the age of 6. We could have fit another family comfortably! We were very pleased with all of the amenities. The bedrooms are a great size, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and the living area has plenty of room for everyone. It was even great to have a high chair for our littlest one! We enjoyed the game room and the pool very much. I would say though that the pool was quite warm, but that is expected in hot July weather. It was great to have a golf cart to help get to the beach and to run to the store. The house is very clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish we could have had was a swifter wet jet! We had lots of little feet running around, with one crawling and we like to keep the floors clean! It is tough with all of the dirt and sand that gets tracked in. This was our 1st trip to North Myrtle Beach. We all had a great time and definitely plan to come back some day! There is so much to do for everyone. Great golf courses, restaurants, mini-golf, outlet shopping, and we really enjoyed Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The owner is very nice and helpful. He answered questions promptly, and returned the security deposit right away. We would highly recommend this house and this location! Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful place for a great family vacation

We stayed at this property the week of June 5. We actually booked at the very last minute after cancelling our plans to go to Destin because of the oil forecast. Fortunately, the owner had just opened up the property for that week after having originally held it for his use. The house is fantastic. It is bigger and nicer than the pictures would show. The description also under-states the actual bedding available in the rooms, as there are 1-2 beds in each of the 5 bedrooms. There are 4 balconies, 2 on each level, with the ones in back facing the pool. The pool is a very nice size for the property. Having a private pool for just the 2 units in this house is great. The whole property was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful and extremely responsive, responding to most emails within a couple of hours at most. The security deposit was returned in full within a week after our return. The house is located about 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. Having a golf cart is very nice, as it helps for carrying things to the beach (and for going to places locally). The location is great. North Myrtle beach is relatively quiet, but lots of restaurants and other things are nearby. All in all, this was a great trip, and we would definitely come back!

My family stayed in July 2009 for the first time. The house is great. The pool is wonderful. The kids were able to entertain themselves in the game room, which was really great. The house is very roomy and clean. I look forward to vacationing here again. We are working on making a reservation for 2010. I think it would be great if there was an ice maker for packing the coolers for the beach.

This house (and owner) could not have been any better! Everything was just as it was stated on the web-site. We have been doing a combined family vacation for 17 years and it is very rare to find a house that suites everyone - but this one did. Our ages range from 7 to 71 with no complaints. The home was spotless when we arrived with everything in good working order. The golf car is great for getting to the beach with chairs and coolers, also great for a run to the store :) Thanks for a wonderful week!

This was my family's second year vacationing in this house. We were one of the first ones to stay in June of 2008, and I can say that the house looked almost as new this June as it did then! Not only is the house big enough to sleep lots of people, but the living room/kitchen area is ideal for the whole group to have space to spend time together. The only drawback is that with all wood floors and small children, the sound really carries. (However, we do understand the need for this with all of the sand....) We had 4 children under 5, and no difficulties walking to the beach just 2 blocks away. The outdoor shower and bathroom are also great for the kids. We also felt like we were close enough to drive to all of the popular shopping and restaurants, as well as shows like the Dixie Stampede. The owner has been easy to contact and quick to reply, but I would say to make sure you have the dates you want to stay in the house double checked- we did have some trouble with thinking we could have one week and then it was already booked. In the end, the situation was resolved and we truly enjoyed a second week of vacation in this house. We hope to schedule a third year in a row soon!

We just returned from a fabuolous week and hope to book again for next year. This house has everything you need for fun and relaxation. We had 7 children with us under 10 and they were never bored. We all loved having a pool. The 17th street beach also has a beach volleyball net, which was a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed in Unit 1 of this house the week of June 20-27, 2009. The house was immaculate and had plenty of room for our grandson to roam. The house and its amenities were very well thought out. Including the heated pool and the outdoor showers and bathroom. Our older children really enjoyed the game room and hung out there in the evenings. There were plenty of attractions to visit. We managed to make our way down to Boardwalk on the Beach to catch some free fireworks and took a dolphin sightseeing tour on the Seascreamer in North Myrtle Beach. The golf cart was extremely helpful for hauling all the beach equipment down to the beach and in the evenings we would use the cart to take our grandson down a few blocks for ice cream. It was a really great place. Our family will definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it.
