Splash has it all - four pools (covered and uncovered), beachfront lazy river, a Li'l tot splash pad, children's interactive play pools with water slides, water cannons, disappearing walls, dive in movie theater - even an arcade with its own mini bowling alley! The adult pool and jacuzzi have a bird's eye view of the kids' play area. There is a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside Bar and Grill, high speed internet access and on-site beach apparel and surf shop. Nearby is Pier Park where you'll find Department stores, shops, restaurants, entertainment, movies and lots of fun activities for the kids (2 miles).
Did we mention the views? Awesome! This 16th floor 2 bedroom unit has a balcony off the king bedroom and the living room with outdoor furniture for reading, daydreaming or just gazing at the beautiful beaches and water. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin extra long beds. Need more than 2 bedrooms? We also have a 3 bedroom corner unit - listing 130511.
Although Splash! opened in 2007, this unit is brand new and looking for guests starting March 1, 2008. Splash was built to satisfy all ages. Nowhere on Florida's gulf coast will you find such an amazing and well-planned community. And, should you want to venture into Seaside or Destin, you are only 7 to 15 miles away.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach. We go to PCB often and this was our 2nd time at Splash and 1st time in this condo. Would absolutely stay here again. Mems was so helpful and responsive to all questions. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Loved that Splash had activities for the kids during the week (tye-dying t-shirts, necklaces, etc.). Came during Spring Break and was very thankful to be on the quiet side of the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is an awesome condo and the pictures did not do it justice. It was beautiful. The owner Mems was a pleasure to work with. The resort is a family oriented resort in a quiet area of the strip but that was great for my family. Next time we visit Panama City Beach we will be staying in one of Mems properties. Overall awesome!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My experience with Mems was absolutely perfect! She could not have been easier to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly and always returned calls and emails the same day! She returned the security deposit promptly and we will deffinitely return to this lovely condo in the future! Our view was amazing and the condo was well stocked and very clean! Not a single complaint! The condo was also much larger than it seemed in the pictures! Plenty of space to spread out and relax! I highly reccomend this unit to anyone traveling to Panama City Beach! You will love everything about the Condo, Splash ammenities, and Mems!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
