Why Is This Place So Special..???

It is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 1814 square foot condo. Nice lower unit, walk out the sliding door to the lovely patio, which is just 10 steps from the largest pool in Desert Falls Country Club, in a very quiet peaceful area.

Patio faces northwest for warm afternoon sun, views of palm trees and the snow-capped San Jacinto mountains beyond. Living room has a brand new 42-inch plasma TV with HDMI DVD/VCR. All bedrooms also equipped with TVs and DVD players. Comfortable furniture and well-appointed amenities plus washer/dryer.

Our place is GREAT for families as we have 5 nice bikes you can use, and quality pool floats to use on the GIANT pool.

YOU CAN EVEN USE OUR PHONE TO CALL FRIENDS/RELATIVES FREE IN THE USA,CANADA, PUERTO RICO, AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS.

Rental includes access to Desert Falls Country Club’s 9 lighted tennis courts, fitness facility, and clubhouse. Pay as you play golf access available at the Desert Falls Country Club course, voted one of the top 10 courses in the desert by the SCPGA. Come enjoy your stay at Desert Falls Country Club, one of the best places in the desert for golf, tennis, swimming or just plain relaxing.

The Clubhouse has a pool table, foosball, ping pong, racquetball court, and a great workout room with fitness and weight equipment.
