Why Is This Place So Special..???
As of today (September 10, 2011) we have completely remodeled our 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 1814 square foot condo. From our condo, you can walk out the sliding door to the large, lovely patio, which is just 10 steps from the largest pool in Desert Falls Country Club, in a very quiet peaceful area, in the interrior of this complex, not near any exterrior road. The pool and pool decking were completely re-done September 1st (09), so the pool is fantastic. Our patio faces northwest for warm afternoon sun, views of palm trees, pool, and the snow-capped San Jacinto mountains beyond.
We have completely remodeled our kitchen with classy upgrades. It is complete with new cabinets, granite countertops, large sink, dishes and appliances.
Our living room has a 42-inch plasma TV with HDMI DVD/VCR. All bedrooms also equipped with TVs and DVD players.
Enjoy our new leather recliner and foot rest or sit in one of 2 sofa's to relax while watching one of 5 complimentary HBO channels or other cable television.
All 3 bedrooms have new furniture, furnishings and window treatments as well.
Our 3 bathrooms all feature new granite countertops, wood cabinetry, extra large showers, new toliets and stone tile flooring.
Our place is GREAT for families as we have 5 nice bikes you can use, and 5 pool floats (2 great ones and 3 blow-ups) to use on the GIANT pool. We also have set of golf irons, childs float ring, float/tire pumps (electric and hand styles), 20 lb dumbells, and 3 water guns for the pool.
WE HAVE FREE WIRELESS INTERNET TO USE DURING YOUR STAY.
YOU CAN EVEN USE OUR PHONE TO CALL FRIENDS/RELATIVES FREE IN THE USA, CANADA, PUERTO RICO, AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS.
Feel free to use our washer and dryer as well.
Rental includes free access to Desert Falls Country Club’s 9 lighted tennis courts, fitness facility, and clubhouse. Pay as you play golf access available at the Desert Falls Country Club course, voted one of the top 10 courses in the desert by the SCPGA. Come enjoy your stay at Desert Falls Country Club, one of the best places in the desert for golf, tennis, swimming or just plain relaxing.
The Clubhouse has brand new (Summer of 2010) workout rooms with updated cardio fitness machines (with TV's) and new weight equipment.

Why the Owner Chose Desert Falls Country Club
We had rented condos at Desert Falls Country Club a few times before and fell in love with this great development. We waited and then finally bought at one of the best locations in DFCC. We have enjoyed updating the condo, so our family and our guests will have a wonderful experience there. The tennis and golf here is wonderful. Their workout room is pretty special as well!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is big and spacious and we love our remodeling we have done. The bedrooms and bathrooms look better than hotel suites. We have 5 bikes, nice pool floats, set of golf irons, and now a brand new pool(the biggest) right outside our door. Our stone top (6 person) table is a fun place to sit and eat while watching the sun set over the mountains on our large patio.

I grew up in California and needed a FUN place to return to from time to time to get away from the grey skies of Seattle. My family of four loves it in Palm Desert with so many fun things to do, places to eat and of course the awesome sunshine.
We are a very athletic family and love to play most sports. We love our dog Tucker, but he is not allowed to come to Palm Desert.

We were so fortunate to find this property as it was everything the ad described. The kitchen was better equipped than my own.The bathrooms were very nicely updated with very lovely showers and a large tub. All the bedrooms had TV's and there was a large one in the living room as well. Use of the telephone with free long distance was an enjoyable surprise for us It was a short distance to the pool which was kept in very good condition. The location was close to shopping and nice places to eat out. We especially enjoyed Los Cabos with it's Mexican Food and friendly atmosphere. The owner of the condo was very good to work with answered my questions fairly. Just a very good experience. It was easy to pick up keys and drop them off at the rental office. Also the property did not allow pets which made it more attractive for us. We would love to come back sometime.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Everything was in good working order and exactly as described. The owners were a dream to work with. The property management company made it easy also. This condo was the perfect choice. The proximity to the pool was perfect and the view from the condo absolutely beautiful. This was a very restful and peaceful place. The proximity of the property to the property management company for pick up and drop off keys was close thereby making check in/out easy. I can't say enough about the entire experience. We'd definitely come back!

We are sadly preparing to leave our winter home in Palm Desert.This is our second stay here over Feb/Mar and we have already booked for 2011. This a perfect place to stay.You are only 20 minutes away from anywhere in the Desert Cities.After a day of golfing,hiking,cycling or lounging we love to sit on the patio,look over the pool and Palm trees and watch the sun set over the snow capped mountains. This is a great property. Everything is new. The beds are great and the access to the pool and golf is perfect. I have stayed here twice and plan to stay many more times in the future. I have stayed at other places in the area and this is the best value I have found.

This is the best condo to rent because of it's wonderful location to the largest pool in Desert Falls. Whether you stay here during the summer or winter it's perfect. You will feel so relaxed in a very comfortable condo. Morning coffee on the patio is wonderful. Even though we were there during the summer, we still cooked on the patio. The large TV is too die for. I would definitely return to this condo.
