  • We stayed in this house for 1 week last year, and 2 weeks this year - and we love it. It is great to be right on the sandy beach. The decks are wonderful for relaxing or eating on. And it is in a convenient location, close to the ferry terminal. We highly recommend this house!

  • We had a 3 generation family reunion here this August. It was delightful:incredible sunsets,wide beach at low tide,amazing views.It was so relaxing. The bald eagles,kayaks, pool table, and ping pong table were bonuses. It is close to the ferry, grocery shopping and Ober Park where our three year old grandchildren had a wonderful time at the playground. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. Everyone hopes we can come back some day.

  • What a lovely retreat! Stayed during Spring Break and enjoyed the beachouse, its amazing location, and its expansive view of the Sound. The house served us well, even with ages ranging from 15 to (nearly) 90. All generations enjoyed the calm of the shore, and relaxing on the bulkhead adirondaks. The design of the home allows for privacy but also provides a very open and spacious kitchen, dining area and game room that are great for spending time as a family. The week brought with it many new family experiences, including a visit to a lavender farm, a tour of an alpaca farm (even got to feed them!), and a day trip to Lake Crescent. Evenings at the beachouse allowed for time at the pool table which proved to be a great way to bring all generations together. Would definitely love to return to this charming beach home!

  • A picture perfect setting! All the comforts of home! The home is lovely and the sunsets are indescribable. I have been very blessed within my life. It takes ALOT to impress me. This home impressed me with its location and the comfortable atmosphere created by the homeowner. I HIGHLY recommend this home and you are welcome to send me an email...........IF you need more information from a previous guest. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I will return next summer!

  • The is THE most gorgeous, peaceful, retreat we have ever been and we have been EVERYWHERE in our 45 years of marriage - Florida, Phoenix, New Jersey, Hawaii, Barcelona, Japan etc. The house itself is huge and IMMACULATE!!!! Beautifully, tastefully and simply decorated - with even a POOL TABLE. The beach is a few steps from the back door. The appliances are latest and best. It is a PERFECT vacation place.
