We spent 4 nights in this comfortable condo while attending attractions in Branson. It was quiet and peaceful, especially sitting on the enclosed sun porch looking out at the trees. We could take a few steps outside and be at the lakeside. We loved the priivacy of having a bathroom for each bedroom. It is a few miles out of the center of Branson, but it only took a few minutes to reach anyplace we wanted to go. Do take time to walk around old town historic Branson. The owners had provided everything we needed to be able to come right in and make the place our home for a few days.
Owner response:We are so pleased you had a good time during your stay at our condo. We also love being right on the lake yet so close to all the attractions of Branson. It's the best of both worlds.

This was a clean cozy affordable unit. The owners are very kind and I would definately suggest staying here. Enjoy!
Owner response:Our goal is to provide a nice, clean, comfortable condo to our guests. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condos are so popular with families and couples traveling together. Everyone has enough personal space plus a kitchen, dining, living and sun porch area to enjoy.

We stayed 6 nights. What an amazing Condo. We couldn't have wanted for anything more. It rained a few times while we where there and it was very pleasant to just stay around the condo. Being so close to the docks gave us a daily attraction. Very comfortable beds and extremely nice having a bathroom to ourselves. By eating at the condo we saved a Bunch of money and I know it was better food too. We made an awesome pot of chili. I would Highly recommend this condo and if we ever take another trip to Branson we'll stay there. Thank you Sandy!
Owner response:Thank you for the kind words, we look forward to you staying with us again in the future. It is very rewarding to us when our guests enjoy our condo as much as we do. It is nice to stay in a condo rather than a hotel. Having the extra room and saving money on food rather than eating out is great too.

Our family of 6 stayed in the lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo for 4 days. It was perfect for us. It can sleep up to 9 total with the master having a king sized bed, one bedroom having a queen and the 3rd bedroom having a bunk bed with the lower bed being full sized and finally the queen size sofa sleeper. The place was clean and well furnished for our needs. Sandy the property manager was easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to make our stay easy. And the price is very reasonable for the number of people that can be comfortably accommodated. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again!
Owner response:By having multiple condos with different bed configurations we can offer our guests bunk beds as mentioned for families with children and we also have condos with king size beds in each bedroom for groups of 2 or 3 couples. It is our goal to offer quality accommodations at an economical price; which accounts for our guests returning year after year.

We previously stayed at hotels/motels in Branson and we were very happy we decided to try a condo. We LOVED having the full sized washer & dryer IN the condo -it was wonderful. It's an excellent alternative for families or those who like to pack lightly as you don't have to pack an entire week's worth of clothes because you can wash/dry clothes as needed right in your condo. We cooked most meals in the condo and saved lots of money on food because of the fully equipped kitchen in the condo. We were able to see several more shows and rent a boat because of the money we saved on food and not having to spend money at a laundromat in Branson. Plus, the lady who booked our condo for us was very pleasant and was able to refer us to someone at the on-site marina who gave us a great deal on a boat rental. Thanks for the great vacation!
Owner response:Lena you are so right. Actually we purchased a condo here because it was such a beautiful area, but the kitchen and washer/dryer in each condo was a deciding factor. When we first started coming to Branson we stayed in motels, but started renting condos when our kids got older so we could cook our meals and save, but the condos we purchased were the first to have a washer/dryer inside the condos. We know you don't go on vacation to do laundry but it is so nice to be able to pack lighter and be able to wash a load or two each day rather than going to a laundromat.

This was a perfect weekend get-a-way! We did a little shopping with lots of areas to choose from, found many great spots to dine and the best fresh handmade burger place...Billy Bob's Dairyland on 76, then returned to the condo to relax and play games. Everything in the condo was super clean and comfortable. We had a rainy night but it was beautiful to watch from the porch area. Thanks for providing "the girls" with a much needed vacation! We all agreed to return next year!
Owner response:Branson just has so much to offer, it's no wonder guests keep returning. You can enjoy the sites and attractions of Branson or just relax in the condo or take a walk by the lake. The water is so clear you can see some large fish from time to time. There are so many good places to eat, we like to cook and grill when we're at the condo but we also like Joe's crab shack and the Chinese buffet. There is something for everyone in Branson. Thanks,

We enjoyed our Holiday Season getting together with family at this lovely condo. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We found this to be a clean, homey, and well maintained place to stay and spend family time, ringing in the New Year. The kitchen, where we prepared many meals, was well-stocked and all the appliances worked. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Our small children and their cousins enjoyed playing on the sun porch and walking down along the lake and picking up rocks. It was a short drive to the shows, Silver Dollar City and the fish hatchery. Even in the off-season, it is a great place to stay while visiting Branson. We look forward to visiting again and staying in these great condos at The Emerald Bay Yacht Club. Thanks!
Owner response:We are so pleased you enjoyed your time at our condos. Branson really is a great place for families to meet and share time together. That is the reason we bought condos there, we have such fond memories of our kids growing up there. Enjoy your little ones, they grow up so fast, our youngest will be 23 next month. Thanks for your kindness!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Point. We make it a point to spend time there at least once a year. The condo has everything you need. Washing and dryer machines, stove ,refrigerator, a screened in porch, cable tv etc. The beds were king sized and very comfortable with clean linen. The pool is clean and very pleasant just to sit around and relax. We would go on daily walks that overlook Table Rock Lake which is also something we look forward to. To us there aren't too many places within thousands of miles that are as pleasant a place to stay as Emerald Point.
Owner response:We feel blessed to have you as regular guests. Many of our clients return year after year, some 2-3 times per year. The comfort , king sized beds and being so close to Table Rock Lake was a get buying point for us. You mentioned the washer and dryer; that was our deciding factor. I know you don't go on vacation to do laundry but having the machines right in the condo and not having to go to a laundry was great, especially in the summer with swim suites and beach towels. We look forward to seeing you again. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and hope to stay there again soon. We spent most of our time on the lake and had a wonderful time fishing and relaxing. Walking distance from the door of our condo to the marina was a real plus. We rarely used the car all week. The condo was very clean and well decorated and having a fully stocked and equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the condo was wonderful for our family.

We are still reeling from our stay in one of these units. "Lakefront" view turns out to have trees blocking all view. Wifi is unavaialbe because of said trees. Cell phone access is unavailable because of said trees. And after assuring us that we would either be on a top floor, she juggled us around until we were on the bottom floor. I had requested a top floor due to noise. She assured us "the people above you are very quiet, you'll never hear them.": They kept us up till 1:30 am with kids running back and forth above us. The coffee filter basket was so filthy, the water took at least 20 minutes to make coffee. But worst than all that is that this owner rented a unit to us in which carpet had just been cleaned. We did not know until we went to bed that the carpet was still soaked. The AC was not equipped to dry out the carpet. The fans were too wobbly to leave on high for drying. We called the local cleaning lady with no luck of getting an answer. We emailed the lady who rented to us about the conditions on 9-4; to date, she ignored the emails and started calling me back after we left. We left with sore throats and have been sick since, while still traveling. We tried desperately to find other accomodations but we were there over Labor Day so could not find anything till Monday. We could not use the unit other than to sleep at night which we were forced to do until we could find other accommodations. This was a disaster. Incidentally, NOW I see that the lady who rented this unit to us also wrote the review of it! Be careful.

My husband, in-laws and I have been staying in these condos for 5 years, sometimes twice a year. We have used at least 5 different units and all were very nice and clean. We have stayed on the middle and top floors and had a few teenages being loud and enjoying themselves. We have had 2 minor minor maintenance issues while there and we called the owner and she had someone come to the unit and fix for us. The view is blacked by the trees but we like the privacy while on the screened in porch. We had no trouble with wifi or cell usage. We have been visiting the Branson area for 20+ years and truly enjoy the Emerald Point condos. The marina and docks are great, we have gotten to know all the marina employees and they are really good at their jobs. Pricing is in line with all other condos in the area.
Owner response:We have a lot of guests who have stayed with us 5-8 years; several times per year. We have met so many nice people; it has truly been a blessing to us. We do a lot of preventive maintenance but unforeseen things happen in every home. We strive to be prompt with fixing any maintenance issues and want our guests to enjoy their stay with us. Repeat business is very important to us and our best advertisement is the guests who tell their family and friends what a great time they had at our Emerald Pointe condos. We have some condos that do have lake views. The Yacht Club condos had beautiful lake views when we bought here in 2003 but the trees have grown taller and there is a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree on Corp of Engineers property all the way around Table Rock Lake. Our condos are built as close to the water as is allowed in US Army Corp of Engineers regulations. It is only 50-60 yards from the condo to the lake, the trees are trimmed up high, it is a gentle slope and an easy to walk down the mulch path to the water. The Marina is great and we get a lot of compliments on jobs they do for our guests. They handle a lot of boats and are very conscientious. They also have boat rentals and a convenience store on site; less than 100 yards from any of our condos. We feel very fortunate to have the lake on one side, the swimming pools on the other side, the marina just 1/2 block to the west on our cozy Emerald Pointe Cove. Thanks

We stayed in a three- bedroom condo last summer and plan to go back this summer with the entire extended family (renting 3 three-bedroom condos). We found the condo to be very clean and well stocked, right down to the wine glasses! Having 3 bathrooms is also a plus with a house full of people. The pool was beautiful and easily accessible and the lake was right around the corner. There was a TV with cable in all of the bedrooms and the living room. The beds were king sized with clean linens and there were plenty of towels to go around. The washer and dryer located in the kitchen were very handy for wet bathing suits and beach towels. We would highly recommend this owner and the property.
Owner response:We hear this all the time: people love the large king beds/ 3 full bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the pool so close, the lake and marina less than 60 yards away, very well stock kitchens, condo is very clean and TV's in each bedroom and living room. When you find something that is fabulous, you will want to come back every year like many of our guests. Thanks

The "girls" in our family stayed here for a weeklong "girl trip." We had a wonderful time in the beautiful 3-bedroom condo. We could walk right out the door and go swimming in the pool if we turned one direction and right down to the boat dock and marina on the beautiful lake if we turned the other direction. The condo was well maintained, well equipped, comfortable and has fun decorations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice. We went into Branson and enjoyed some of the entertainment and shopping there, but there would be no reason to leave this place if you just wanted a quiet vacation at the lake! I hightly recommend it!
Owner response:What a great "girls" trip. The swimming pool, lake and boat dock is so close, you really don't need to go anywhere in Branson unless you want to take in a show or do some shopping. Here we go again, Branson has something for everyone.

Our family stayed at this property for the first time last May. We have two children, ages 10 and 8 at the time. The condo was very clean and well kept. I was especially appreciative of the well-stocked kitchen and was able to cook very easily for the week without buying anything but the food! The unit was very spacious with comfortable, tasteful furniture -- loved the screened porch! We had easy access to the pool, parking, and marina. The kids had a great time! Activities in Branson were nearby, and we enjoyed the views of the lake along the way. The owner was very quick to answer any questions, provided photos in advance (which were quite accurate), and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. We are already booked to return to the same unit this May.
Owner response:Many of our guests return year after year. That is the main reason we bought condos at Emerald Pointe. Before we purchased our first condo we stayed at various rental resorts in the area and we're looking for something special. That's when we found Emerald Pointe; we stayed as a guest of another owner and looked at one to purchase while we were there. We love it and each time it's hard to leave even though we know we'll be back. Our guests are the same, they hate to leave and some book for the next year within a month or so after their stay so they can get their favorite dates. Everyone mentions how close and convenient the pool, marina and lake are to the condos; it is also close to the Branson attractions especially since we are located just off the two south traffic relief routes Hwy 165 & 265. With so many entertainment options it is wonderful to return year after year to your favorite places and try new ones you have on your list from previous trips. Thanks!

Our stay at this location far exceeded our expectations. I had one of the most wonderful stays I've ever had away from home. Our condo was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. He was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedroom was so well soundproofed that I slept great! In fact, my wife and I slept in each morning while our children watched cartoons on the television in their bedroom. The place had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation, including easy access to a full service marina and a swimming pool only a few steps away. This gated community provided us with privacy and a sense of security. It was only a short drive, however, to the entertainment, golfing, and restaurants in and around Branson. One of many highlights was an afternoon spent on a pontoon boat on Table Rock Lake. We rented the boat from the marina, which was a short walk away. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay!
Owner response:Being comfortable and convenient is something we strive to provide to all of our guests. It has always been our goal to give our guests more than they get at other resorts. We have our own marina in our private gated community. The attractions of Branson are just minutes away. The marina, lake and pool are so close to our condos.

We have been staying at these condos for the last several years and will come back. Our children expect us to go every year we love the lake. We enjoy staying here since it is close to Branson and coming and going after the shows let out is not a long line with the back ways. Our condos have always been clean and the owners we deal with are more than polite and always helpful. Have made our reservations for this year and will again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with our family.
Owner response:It's such a great place to make memories that will last a lifetime. We are very particular about how our condos are maintained. Being clean is a must, nothing less will do. So many of the guests who come back year after year have become friends and we share our lives with each other on the phone. It's great to be able to help someone plan their vacation and make recommendations for new shows. I absolutely love what I do and I enjoy talking to each and every person who calls about a condo rental.

Your condo is fabulous!!! So Big, So Clean, So Beautiful. The kitchen was so well supplied! It was great to have a washer and dryer too. The sleeping accomodations were the best ever ! Nice, big comfortable beds-enough for a family of seven! The air conditioning was great, too! We would recommend staying here to anyone. Your condo has an awesome "home away from home" feeling about it. Thank you so much for such a great week. God Bless You and thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Peter, Chris & family 8/3/02
Owner response:We are so thankful for our guests and their compliments. This family was our first guests and we were so pleased that they thought of it as the "best ever". We strive to provide a great experience so guests will want to return and recommend our condos. Once you find a great place to go why go anywhere else.
