Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath, smoke-free home with views of the ocean from the rooftop deck. This is a two story end-unit townhouse within walking distance to the beach at Seascape Resort, shopping, restaurants and Golf course. It has a two car garage with washer and dryer, ping-pong table and foosball table.
Two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Queen bed and the other with two twin beds. And a fenced backyard with patio furniture. Upstairs is the master bedroom and the master bath with jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, large great room with vaulted ceiling and flat panel TV, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen.
The patio has a gas BBQ and patio furniture and overlooks the fenced backyard and a green belt beyond the backyard. From the patio, use the stairs to access the rooftop deck with patio furniture and beautiful views of the Ocean. Watch the sunset from this relaxing spot!
Each room has a TV and DVD or VCR player. There are two aero-beds, one queen size and one twin size. There is a computer, printer and fax machine available for your use with high speed internet and wireless access. Local and long distance calls within the US are included.
A short walk takes you to a shopping center with a grocery store, Mexican and Chinese restaurants, a pizza place with games for kids and a coffee shop. Across the street from the shopping area is the Seascape Resort with access to the beach and a restaurant and bar. Next to the Seascape Resort is a park with a play area for kids, dogs are welcome at this park with breathtaking views of the ocean.
