  Our vacation at the Floribbean was wonderful. This was our second stay there. The new owners couldn't have been more accomodating, friendly, and helpful. The owner stopped by briefly during our first full day there and asked if everything was ok and if we had anything that needed to be repaired, etc. Before our vacation, I e-mailed his daughter a few times with questions. The response time was very quick. She gave me numbers to call if we had any issues during our stay, but we never needed to use them. Our visit was all about enjoying the beach, sunsets, relaxing. We had most of our meals on the screened patio just enjoying the view of the beach. Loved being able to grill outside which most condos don't allow. However, we also found some great restaurants nearby. We shopped in Estero and Naples, golfed. There is so much to do within a twenty minute drive, but the beach is so beautiful, we hated to leave the house. If you're looking for something elegant, this isn't the place. However, it is casual, cozy, comfortable, clean and plenty of room for four people. My husband and I, our 25 year old daughter and her friend and two small dogs enjoyed every minute of the vacation. We definately intend to return next year.

  What a wonderful location! We loved staying right on the beach. The owners were really friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying again soon.

  As I write this I am watching my boys, 2 sons and husband, sitting outside on the beach waiting for the sun to set. We made some fantastic memories here in the Floribbean Beach House. Friends and family came throughout the week for a visit and we all agreed, it was the perfect place. What made it more special was we got to meet the owners. A lovely family, who as new beach home owners, want to make this a house where a lot of memories are made. I highly recommend Adventures Kayaking if you want 3 hrs of fun. Our guide, Sterling, has a true love of the water and everything in it. We will be talking about our time here for years to come and probably will be back.

  We are from the east coast of Florida and have vacationed on the gulf quite a few times in the past. My husband found this little beach house by a lot of research. We knew the house had new owners and we didn't know what to expect. The new owners were actually there. What a great family! They wanted to know what they could do for us, if we needed anything to let them know. We had friends and family visit us throughout the week and we all agreed the beach house was just perfect. Steps from the beach, covered patio and everything we needed. It was close to a few restaurants, Publix,mini golf, Adventues Kayaking ( which I highly recommend), dog beach. We even drove to Sanibel and Naples while we were there.The shelling and sunsets can't be beat. Meeting the new owners was definitely a bonus. it's not very often you meet such friendly and genuine people. We wish them the best of luck for the future and I can't wait to see all the new touches they do to the house. My family made tons of great memories that week. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely come again.

  Best vacation spot!! Im a big beach goer, Pictures don't do justice. New owner is in the process of updating. Would like to see more sleeping arangements. Literally 25 steps from patio to the ocean. Very spacious and clean. Mins to shopping. Fort Myers and Naples are just mins. away. Docs Beach House is just a short walk down the beach with bar , grill, and water sports. Everything you need is here. House is very equipped with linens and cooking utensils. We ate all our meals on the patio. Will be back next year for 2 weeks.

  New ownership since all previous reviews. We were not happy at all with the appearance and upkeep of this property. We have stayed in many properties in bonita and this was the worst The property had bugs and was not clean when we arrived. New owner did not return. our call when we tried to report broken refrigerator and leak verandaing sinks. We will never stay here again. Nice lanai and covered veranda.

  This is my second summer staying at this beautiful beach condo! The owner's were super friendly and easy to work with...as they were last year. If you're looking for "a little bit of paradise" that will make your vacation extra special...this is the place! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Everything needed was already in the condo...I just had to provide my own food! Five stars all the way...and priced more than fair. Give it a try...you won't be sorry!

  We saved our nickels and dimes and took a chance last summer (2010). We had a wonderful summer. Both of the husbands fished from our beach, watched dolphin, walked the beach, you name it! The owner was a very nice guy, a doctor and writer (I bought his book). If you can book it, don't hesitate. We rented a fishing boat for a half day to fish and sightsee (Manatee, dolphin, shark). We want to come back but didn't scrap up enough to rent it again or we would have in a heartbeat. You might find something fancier but this super clean home offers everything you could want. Have fun!

  Great place to stay! Big and roomy and right on the beach as desribed! After our arrival we only left the rental unit twice to go the grocery. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with! If you are looking for paradise on the beach...look no further...this is it!

  We just spent a great week at the Floribbean House on Bonita Beach. The house provided everything needed by our family of five (with our oldest sleeping on the family room couch). Excellent location -- literally steps to the beach! Only a short walk to Doc's for food and drinks, and plenty of beach to explore to the north and south. All the amenities of home, including plenty of towels, comfy beds and all the beach gear one would need. The main floor, one-level unit (no stairs), with direct access to the beach, is decorated beautifully. The owner lives nearby and was very helpful and welcoming. Thanks for a great week!

  Cozy, clean, beachy setting. Quiet. Walk off the deck and there's the beach. Even found some nice sea shells. Owner was pleasant and helpful. Short walk on beach to Doc's restaurant. Highly recommend.

  We stayed at the Floribbean House after comparing several properties. The price was great, and the location on the gulf looked promising, but we weren't expecting too much. The place was AMAZING. It's like a home out of a storybook! It has that island feel, and lots of space. Two huge bedrooms and all the other stuff we could ever need. We listened to the waves every night, and even though the owners keep the upstairs of the house for themselves, it was like we had it all to ourselves the entire week, since they were only around to check us in, share a couple of drinks, then they were gone. We had a second honeymoon and never wanted to leave. We are definitely going to come back next year!!

  We vacation in southwest florida quite a bit and I have to say this was one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. Your place is beautiful, clean and very convienent to everything. I would highly recommend your home to anyone!It was very reasonable and the owners were wonderful.Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

  I have stayed in many beach homes over the years but this was the finest. From the beautifully appointed bedrooms, to the plentiful towels and great beach accommodations, everything was perfect. The owner gave me fresh food from his garden and great tips on restaurants to try out. I would definitely stay again. On top of everything else, it was a great value.
