This is a top floor apartment in an 11 unit building. We are located on Cabrera, near Araoz.
We are only a few blocks away from the heart of Palermo Soho.
The Condo has an enclosed (private) upstairs loft/bedroom space, which opens onto a large terraza with comfortable patio furniture and orange trees.
The downstairs area is roomy, comfortable, with lots of light. There is a dining table area, a comfortable sofa facing a cabinet with DVD/TV/CD player, and a separate seating area consisting of two chairs and coffee table.
There is a full kitchen, with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all dishes, utensils & cooking utensils. The granite countertops add a luxurious touch.
Short visit or long stay, you'll find this a comfortable home base.
The building is newly renovated; our condo is extremely quiet and calm. Maid service is provided. The building is a security building. It is easy to find taxis at the corner of Cabrera and Araoz. Our manager is minutes away.
In the apartment you'll find our own "guide book" which we created to provide information about local restaurants, boutiques, etc. Additionally, the "guide book" has a map of the immediate neighborhood as well as recommendations about fun things to see and do in and around Buenos Aires. We've also included information about other interesting cities & regions to visit in Argentina.
You'll find "Porteños" (people from Buenos Aires) gracious and friendly.
