This ground floor, two-story beautifully decorated, and furnished condominium includes over 1200 square feet of living space and includes three private patios to enjoy the fabulous Arizona weather. This well-appointed end unit has two bedrooms and two and a half baths and sleeps four. Perfect for monthly rentals for business travelers, families, and small groups!
The community is well placed right in between the popular areas of Old Town Scottsdale and down town/Mill Avenue in Tempe, and Tempe Marketplace. These areas all feature trendy, popular and fine dining restaurants, bars and nightlife, shops, malls, and beautiful walking areas. The community is also conveniently placed within one mile of the 101 (North and South) and 202 (East and West) freeways, making it just a quick drive to most valley areas.
Caribbean inspired contemporary furnishings will allow you to unwind and provide you with complete comfort and relaxation. The living room includes L-shaped off-white Natuzzi leather sofa and a 52 inch flat screen cable TV with TiVo DVR. The fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel whirlpool appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, contains all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Spices, herbal teas and coffee will be provided along with staple items to help with your basic cooking needs. The master suite includes a queen bed with brand new Nova Foam mattress, extended closet space, LG flat screen LCD TV with DVD, large double sink bathroom and private balcony. Secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed with quilt-top luxury mattress, private bathroom, walk-in closet, selection of reading materials to enjoy during your stay and a secluded patio with a wooden bistro table, two chairs and a lovely shade tree. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea! Broadband Internet connection, cable TV, telephone, and WiFi service are also included. Ceiling fans are included in the living and master bedrooms.
Luxury towels and linens are included as well as a variety of sleeping pillows to meet your individual preferences in each of the bedrooms. Pool towels provided for use in either of the two pools and the Jacuzzi. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and garage.

Why the Owner Chose Scottsdale Haciendas
I chose to buy in this area because I love Scottsdale and all that it has to offer. There is so much to see and do in Scottsdale and the city itself is just gorgeous. I also enjoy the proximity to the ASU/Tempe Mill Avenue district. There are always great activities and events going on in those areas, and of course there are all kinds of wonderful shopping and recreational experiences to be had. My condo is just a few miles from everything. It is centralized in the Valley and has easy access to two very important freeways - the Loop 101, and the Loop 202. From these two freeways, you can go anywhere in the Valley and they are both within 2 miles of the condo. Golf, spring training, hiking, dog walking, dining, shopping, spas... you name it! It's all right here!

My name is Julie and I look forward to assisting you in making your vacation or business travel plans. I enjoy working with people and I have three vacation rental properties that I own and manage. I am also a behavioral health therapist, which keeps me very busy!
I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling when we are able to. My fiance Matt, his two beautiful children and I live in the city of Gilbert but we love to stay at my Scottsdale vacation property when we can because it is so close to everything! I enjoy the convenience of travel to the downtown arts districts, fabulous restaurants, shopping, and nightlife via the free transportation services from the cute Scottsdale Neighborhood Trolley that stops right in front of our complex every 20 minutes.
I also LOVE the relaxing, earthy energy of my Scottsdale vacation home. I sometimes stay there by myself just to unwind from the challenging but rewarding work that I do with families, and from living in a busy house with my own family and pets! It is so peaceful and quiet, and the paint colors are soft and soothing. I have purposely used as many natural elements as I could in furnishing and decorating this home to create a very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing environment. This condo is very near and dear to my heart and I hope you love it as much as I do.

Hi Julie, Thanks again for the perfect accommodations for our family. We enjoyed the space, the TiVo and the pool(s). Also, I loved the bed in the master bedroom. Sadly, my bed at home now doesn't seem as comfortable as it once did! Can you tell me the type of mattress you have there? I would also add that we found the location to be great -- loved that it was so close to the freeway and central to many of the Spring Training ballparks. Hi Julie, Elsie and I both enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale very much. We liked the condo, we liked the area, and although we did all our golfing in Mesa, the ease of commuting everywhere was astounding. Elsie enjoyed the green belt where she could go for her morning walk every day, and I enjoyed it because the restaurants were close and so were the ball fields. If you are not booked for next year yet please let me know what is available, and how soon we can book (a month at minimum) or if you are booked up maybe you can give us a heads up on some other properties that may be available. This beautifully decorated condo in South Scottsdale should be on your must-stay list. Located in a quiet complex that is close to everything, we felt as if we were staying in an upscale hotel. All amenities were included to help make us feel as if it was our home. In addition, the owner made an extra effort to help us when our departure situation changed. Just Bring Your Toothbrush! This town-home has it all... Scottsdale location, it is very clean, modern and well taken care of with a garage too. All aspects of this comfortable town-home are impeccable. The beds are super comfy with quality sheets and covers etc. It's quiet yet you have two swimming pools to choose from and a modern kitchen too. You could ask for nothing more with this 2 bd 2.5 bath unit. It is just perfect and the pricing is fair and very comparable to other units if not better. The owner is friendly and amenable and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. It feels like home! I will lease from no one else if I can help it! -James Ennis
