This was our first stay in the Scottsdale area for any extended period. Chose this condo based on recommendation like this one and overall we had a very good experience. Location is close to anything you would want to do except maybe the Anthem outlet mall but then that is all there is in Anthem where we had some friends. Close to shopping, restaurants, old Scottsdale and Mesa where wife's brother spends the winter. Space is fine for two people, all the appliances work fine. The TV and internet worked well. There is both wireless and a hard line outlet. The door and garage door lock is a digital Schlage which Julie will preload with you four digit code, worked very well. Also had a garage door opener to keep in your car. Both beds are Queen size and we are used to sleeping in King size so that was a little challenge, how did we sleep in a double bed in the old days. Drainage from bathroom sinks and shower was a little slow and could probably use a good clean out. Garage is a little tight if you have a larger car and are used to a double extra long garage, but was fine after a few parkings. The washer/dryer are in the garage so do you washing early or late in the day. There is a small parking tag to put in your car window, but it did not seem parking was very well regulated while we were there and took three weeks to tow one old shoddy truck near us without a tag. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and was always a welcome oasis after we had been out and about shopping or golfing. We cooked most meals in and there are plenty of pots/pans to have a nice meal. There was also some food and spices in the cabinets which are probably left over from previous renters. Overall, and this is what is important to anyone looking to rent a condo in Scottsdale, this unit has many positives and we will definitely put it at the top of our list if we return next year. And the damage deposit was rebated two weeks after we left. Julie seems to be a very professional owner and returns calls or emails in a timely fashion. We spoke once when we first got there as we did not understand how the door lock worked, but am sure she is also very nice on a face to face basis. You can't go wrong with this very pleasant condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, beautiful little kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. It was easy to get around from this location as it was quite central. Loved the ease of accessibility to the Scottsdale Trolly, and took the free tour on it to the oldtown area on the weekend. No driving! Julie was also very easy to contact and very prompt to answer all of our inquiries.

Good morning, Julie. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful condo. We were able to purchase a home in the Goodyear area and we will be back in late October to move in. Your place was absolutely perfect. We always felt so comfortable, safe, and peaceful coming "home". You have a great flair for decorating and the accommodations here at the complex were perfect. We survived the hottest August on record and did it very comfortably thanks to your place! Our plan is to be on the road tomorrow by 6 am, so the condo will be empty and ready for cleaning for the next guest. Thanks again for being so flexible for us and so willing to help out with anything.

We were very comfortable in this two story townhome. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were good, the kitchen handy with great stainless steel appliances, and it was wonderful to have a garage. After busy days out doing many things in Scottsdale, it was great to come "home" and relax and watch the large flat screen t.v.Julie has decorated this condo with great artistic flair,making it seem more homelike than the average vacation rental. This condo is in a great location for getting to many places in Tempe,Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix (a short drive to the airport.) It is only 5-8 minutes from Papago Park and the wonderful Desert Botanical Park. It is also only minutes from Old Town Scottsdale where there is always something interesting to see and do, as well as having many great restaurants and art galleries to browse in. You can hop on the Old Town trolley (just outside this condo complex) and ride there for free. It is so close to all these things, yet in a very quiet spot.We love to walk and there are so many wonderful places to walk close to this place (Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt.) We are relatively new VRBO users and somewhat nervous when booking a condo for a holiday, so we must say how wonderful Julie was to deal with. She was so responsive, answering all our questions promptly. She was so friendly that we almost felt we were renting from a friend instead of a stranger. That certainly takes some of the stress out of planning a holiday.We would certainly recommend renting this condo from Julie.

Great Beds!

The condo was a great place for my art friend and me to stay. 'Attended a week long workshop at the Scottsdale Artists' School and the location was very convenient. Great to come back to a clean and nicely decorated place to just relax and have our own privacy, and three bathrooms!!. Other artists were in very average hotel accommodations, it was worth the bit of extra money to have the nice little kitchen with all the amenities and a locked garage where we felt safe leaving all of our art equipment in the car. The mattresses were great and love the fan over the bed! One night there were people out in the courtyard having a couple of drinks till around 2 am and while they weren't unruly the sound does travel in that small area, but they didn't last long. All in all a great stay, thanks for a delightful stay Julie.

This condo is awesome and we highly recommend it! We will undoubtedly rent it again. It is very clean and the beds are heaven. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. The owner is very dedicated to making your stay perfect. She is easy to get in touch with and returns call and emails quickly. As for the condo itself, it is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is close to the pool and is a two-story condo on the end with no one above or below the condo. I love this condo so much. I will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends. I would rate the condo and the service A++. Thanks again to the owner for making our Scottsdale vacation heavenly.

We rented this condo in February. The weather was fabulous during our stay. The condominium community is on a quiet, residential street. It is small and quaint and we met some friendly neighbors. We took the trolley to Old Town Scottsdale and it was a breeze because it stops right across the street and it was free. This condo itself is beautiful, and very-well maintained, with nice and comfortable furniture. It was family-friendly for our little one without too many breakables that had to be moved. The owner couldn't be nicer. She talked to us at length before our trip about the condo and covered everything we needed to know. She also called right when we arrived to make sure that everything was to our liking. The kitchen is totally stocked. We cooked for almost every meal and didn't miss anything. We also really loved the beds! The owner provides high speed Internet and a DVR. A very nice added bonus. Stay here - you won't regret it!

This condo has it all and the owner, Julie, is very easy to work with. Our flight came into Phoenix early so we asked for an early check in and Julie arranged for us to check in at 9am. After we checked in we asked about a couple of items such as a tea kettle and crock pot and since she didn't have them at the condo, she delivered them to us during our stay. The beds were super comfortable and most of all we loved the location! It is near everything that we wanted to do. We stayed in this rental in August 2010 and will definitely return again.

This condo is EXACTLY as advertised, and is a great place to stay. Julie is a very responable landlord who responds rapidly to any questions or problems (thebig screen TV was noy working when we arrived and was replaced in 24 hours). We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's condo in October, 2009. We are two couples who travelled from Calgary to see an ASU Football game and the U2 concert. The condo was well decorated, very clean and had all of the essentials. We would definately stay there again.

Thank you Julie The place is wonderful. The location is excellent, close to all amenities, we went to the Tempe Arts Center and saw Phantom of the Opera, and we also went to the Scottsdale Arts Center. the location was perfect to old Scottsdale where lots of shops, restraunts arts stuff are located. We also went tot he Cardinals game and got a bus from Dukes Sports for a fun day. It was 20 bucks to take the sports bus and all the beer you could drink there and back. A BARGIN FOR 20.00 BUCKS. the condo was excellent, beds were extremely comfortable, and the place was well equiped and was excactly as advertised.Parking in the garage was good as well. I appreicate everything Please use us for a reference eif required will be back soon Steve

Hi Julie, Thanks again for the perfect accommodations for our family. We enjoyed the space, the TiVo and the pool(s). Also, I loved the bed in the master bedroom. Sadly, my bed at home now doesn't seem as comfortable as it once did! Can you tell me the type of mattress you have there? I would also add that we found the location to be great -- loved that it was so close to the freeway and central to many of the Spring Training ballparks. Hi Julie, Elsie and I both enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale very much. We liked the condo, we liked the area, and although we did all our golfing in Mesa, the ease of commuting everywhere was astounding. Elsie enjoyed the green belt where she could go for her morning walk every day, and I enjoyed it because the restaurants were close and so were the ball fields. If you are not booked for next year yet please let me know what is available, and how soon we can book (a month at minimum) or if you are booked up maybe you can give us a heads up on some other properties that may be available. This beautifully decorated condo in South Scottsdale should be on your must-stay list. Located in a quiet complex that is close to everything, we felt as if we were staying in an upscale hotel. All amenities were included to help make us feel as if it was our home. In addition, the owner made an extra effort to help us when our departure situation changed. Just Bring Your Toothbrush! This town-home has it all... Scottsdale location, it is very clean, modern and well taken care of with a garage too. All aspects of this comfortable town-home are impeccable. The beds are super comfy with quality sheets and covers etc. It's quiet yet you have two swimming pools to choose from and a modern kitchen too. You could ask for nothing more with this 2 bd 2.5 bath unit. It is just perfect and the pricing is fair and very comparable to other units if not better. The owner is friendly and amenable and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. It feels like home! I will lease from no one else if I can help it! -James Ennis
