The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains unfolding before you is the main attraction. While the home's amenities are many, guests find themselves drawn to rockers on the porch to soak up the expanse of Mahogany Rock, Bullhead Mountain and Green Mountain.
Built as a residence, this home has been completely renovated with a contemporary design in keeping with the rugged mountain setting. If the cool evenings drive you inside, you will enjoy the fireplace in the great room. Hardwood floors and unfinished timbers add to the ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen will serve you well for any meal you may want to prepare and serve.
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with combination tubs/showers. The master bedroom opens onto the porch and offers a queen-sized bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom also opens onto the porch and features a twin-sized bed with trundle. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. A TV/VCR/DVD, phone, washer/dryer, games/puzzles and linens are provided.
The Blue Ridge Mountain House is located on over seven hillside acres surrounded by nature, but convenient to Sparta, a short five-mile drive away.
